I can't understand someone being hyped about this game when Uncharted 2 is just around the corner. And don't give me that "It's innovative" cr@p. It's just look soooo boring, not even worth a rental. Maybe if it came out in 2007 when the Ps3 was launched, it wouldn't have been so bad. It's almost 2010, we don't need a tech demo. Because this it what it looks like. I hope you're not trying to make me believe that for the last 2 years you only played PS3 exclusive games. Only 12 PS3 exclusive games managed to get in the top 50 on Metacritic. Over 90% of games are multiplat. So it is important. Unless you only play 10% of games that are coming out.
Ok, Forza 1 and 2 might not have equal the total sales of GT2 but, you're comparing an installed base of over 100 millions to about 31 millions. I believe that it's normal that it didn't equal GT2 in sold units. GT5 will probably be an excellent game but I strongly doubt that it will outsell Forza 3, because of the installed base. I think it's more fair to compare games of the same generation. By the way the attach rate is comparable between Forza 2 and GT2. 8% for Forza 2 and 10% for GT2.
Since you seem to believe that a game under 85 is a flop. The 360 has 66 games over 85 and the PS3 has 42. So by you logic the 360 would have better games. Is that right? You see you can spin numbers to you advantage any way you like.

As for the GT wheel, it really does feel better that the MS one. It's smaller in circumference, you can turn it 900 degrees and you have more functions that you can control on the fly (more buttons). I bought it with the GT wheel because i like racing games. I also have the 360 wheel. First off all the wheel is great better than the 360 one, but the game itself I'm not that impressed. Graphicly I don't find it that amazing compared to Forza. Not that it doesn't look good, but Forza is comparable to GT5 Prologue. I hope the real final GT5 will look better. You're absolutely right. PS3 fanboys are always the first to comment and with the same jokes they've been saying for 6 months.(54.2%, burn your house down, RROD well this one they've been saying for 2-3 years, etc...) and then all the other fanboys, that don't seem to have better things to do, all click the agree button. They were talking about it before the PS3 was released. How long can it take to make a game like that. Forza will have had 2 releases before GT5 comes out. That doesn't make any sense. Does anybody have the release date?
As of now the PS3 has 16 games over 90% and the 360 has 22 and that's including multiplatform games. And if, by fanboys logic, a game under a 90% is flop. Then the 360 has better games.
But my post was to the majority of PS3 fanboys not directly to you. And to honest, I'm more anxious to play Uncharted 2 than Halo ODST. But it seems that people have lost all sense of objectivity here.

If a "AAA" 360 game gets a 9+ score and a PS3 game gets lower than a 9, than the reviewer is either biased or as been bought by Microsoft. It's funny how fanboys know how a game is going to be even before it's actually released. You forgot to count GT Prologue witch got 80% on metacritic. Isn't it a game that owns Forza 3? At least that's what the majority of PS3 fanboys say! If you redo the math including Prologue you get a 90.6% average. So the Forza games have a better average than GT. Next time you want to compare reviews take them all in account not spin them to your advantage.
Anyway I'll play both, so I don't really care witch one has the highest average. If they're both good games than I'll have a lot ...

This psinsider site is very objective in it's comments. It's like if xboxcentral would say Forza 3 is the best looking game on consoles. Anyway we won't know until it comes out. You have to be at least 30 years old to realize that games existed before the 360 and the PS3. Not like the majority of people posting here. And if I recall correctly the highest rated console game of all time is still Ocarina of Time. With "Youtube Resolution" So being pretty is one thing, but having content is another.
Will probably be Snes, Ps1 or Ps2 witch proves again that graphics aren't everything. Something that the new generation of gamers don't know. It's all about the graphics and pixel counting to them. I remember when I played a Snes games like Mario or Zelda. It might not have been pretty as today's games but, most of the time, it was more fun. Witch is what a videogame is supposed to be FUN.
The N64 is the only "old" console I still play. Goldeneye, Ocarina of Time , Mario 64. All classics.
Did anyone noticed that none of the usual fanboys commented on this. Probably means that they're all under 20yo and never got to play anything but the 360 or the PS3.
