MS has a stronger network. When buying a MMO that has a decade of planned content (Bungie's words), wouldn't you rather go with the console that has a more robust and reliable network right now and likely into the future?
This poll is BS.
And I say this as someone who owns all three consoles and isn't going to be playing Destiny.
You and Patrick Stewart.
Yeah. This game gave me hope.
Yup. I've gotten several full console repairs from MS at no charge, and then the PSN goes and compromises my credit card info, with nary a consolation. Not cool.
And saying MS hasn't ever cared about gamers until now is hogwash. Bungie and Bioware owe their skins to MS, and everyone benefits because of that past support.
So... you believe everything they say from now on?
Everyone's entitled to their opinion. Mine's based on playing enough of his games to know he does some things well and some things badly. Attaching his name to Silent Hills doesn't immediately imbue me with a sense of hope and awe, as I'm sure it does you.
Speaking of MGS5, horse poo, anyone?
Funny. I have zero hope for MGS because of Kojima, but to each, his own.
Yup. There's a lot to like about the direction Sledgehammer's taking the game in.
I love that you can customize scorestreaks, and that all gun attachments are unlocked upon acquiring each gun.
And no Destiny?
HWUH?!
The difference is, Bloodborne and Silent Hills will actually motivate me to do repeated playthroughs.
Turn 10 has been releasing a grip of free content since release, and they even revamped Forza 5's marketplace to make it less expensive and more accessible. If you like Forza as you say you do, you're missing out.
Exactly my point. The franchise is washed up, a relic from a time when childish elements permeated what would otherwise be seriously cool Japanese games...
Oh, wait. That's still happening.
Have all the A.I. and path-branching you want.
Until they do away with the stupid campy tropes like the cardboard box and the exclamation points over guards' heads, this game will be a joke.
OK... Well, for me, owner of both PS4 and X1...
I cared about:
PS4--
Bloodborne
Hellblade
Rime
DayZ
Wild
MS--
Quantum Break
Tomb Raider
Cuphead
Superhot
Inside
Goat Simulator
Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime
No time to Explain
SlashDash
The Escapists
For me, MS took the day. But since I'm not an abject fanbo...
Loved Outlast.
I can only hope that this won't be another Jap-horror borefest.
Yawn. Marketing gimmick.
The "Japanese horror game" has devolved into "quirky action game with macabre elements".
Hopefully this generation revitalizes the concept of horror games, but I'm not holding my breath.
Who cares? If you own one, you're likely to enjoy it. Same with the PS4.
