The difference in the gameplay between Dead Rising 1&2 and Dead Rising 3 couldn't be more dramatic.

Capcom is in so much damage control that they'll eliminate the chance to let a late bloomer develop.
I wish MS would buy Capcom and revitalize the Mega Man, Bionic Commando and Street Fighter franchises.

Who cares? Both consoles have games that make them worthy of purchase. All this bickering is moronic. You all act like this is a horse race. Just get whatever console you like -- or BOTH -- and then just play it. I own Sony stock (yeah, I know) and MS stock, and even I don't take a squat and squeeze like you surly lot. (I know there are actually some reasonable folks here, but they're vastly outnumbered)
And I'd imagine most who argue about which console is better don't have kids, since kids tend to give you perspective on what's important in life.

Play games? Because the only game that's ever kept my attention on the console so far has been Transistor.
The bubble system, too, is crap and doesn't promote conversation. It seems to more be a cheap way of keeping server traffic low. N4G would do well to use Disqus, instead. But that'll never happen.
Also good. Nice, high learning curve, too.

Who the f cares? Every real gamer owns multiple consoles and enjoys the color of the grass on both sides of the fence. PS4 might be more powerful, but its lineup of exclusive holiday releases sucks. Next year might change, but this winter will see my X1 being played much more than my PS4.
I own and enjoy both the PS4 and the X1. My opinion is thus more objective than most others in this thread. Forza Horizon 2 is amazing, in case you were curious.
You know what would "blow my mind," article author? A game with robust features, tracks and car selection.
Pretty is passe. Gameplay is king.
It'll sell better once word of mouth proves that this is a far, far better game than Ghosts. But its initial sales figures will likely be lower.
Yup. Since I started coming to N4G, I've noticed the same. The mods have a distinct Sony bias. It's like NeoGAF-lite.

I think the biggest problem is that the game is so broken that folks felt they had to resort to this stupid glitch to progress at a reasonable pace. It's up to Bungie to make sure the loot mechanics are sensible. It's not up to gamers to suck it up and not exploit something that simply makes them feel justified in their $60 expenditure.
Who cares about Japan, anyway? Japanese games are weird, just like Japanese gamers. The last truly Japanese game I played and enjoyed was Bayonetta, and I don't anticipate that changing any time soon.
Both of you hush now. Quantum Break and The Order will both be good.
Who cares? The X1 will be getting the far better game in Halo: MCC.
