While I didn't agree with the 24 hr online check and not being able to play offline indefinitely there was a lot about the Xbox one I was looking forward too. Online sharing of your games library including digital copies with up to 10 friends or being able to access your entire games library from any console. Seems that we have lost some great features from the Xbox one and as a trade off we get more of the same with prettier graphics.
Exactly. Look at specs between PS3 and 360 and look at the difference between games. Barely anything noticeable
Halo 4 and Gears 3 not only matched it but exceeded it. You need your eyes checked
Gears 1 was a massive hit of course Epic and Microsoft are going to want to pump out sequel after sequel. Look what Microsoft did to Bungie after Halo CE. Had Microsoft gave them some creative freedom Bungie would possibly of stayed with them and Destiny could of been a huge Exclusive franchise for Microsoft.

Whoops I accidentally hit disagree. Yeah me too. Compare 2005/06 360 games to 2012/13 360 games. And same with Sony. What they can do with this old tech is crazy. Imagine games in 2020 running on ps4/ONE

You must of been a lead designer for both Sony and ms for you to know exactly what there clocks speed and such are on consoles that havnt even been released yet amd have not even had any testing done. Bothhave only been running on dev kits so far. Wait until they have both been released and had proper testing done before spewing up garbage

Since when has anything been said where the ps4 will have better graphics. Yes it has more power and theoretically should have better graphics but there is no proof which one is better. How about we all just wait til next year and decide which one looks better. Cause we all know once the consoles come out there will be tons of side by side comparisons on n4g, gamespot , ign etc etc. Then you can all come back on here and actually have proof. I made a comment a couple of weeks ago in a thread saying that it would be possible to plug the 360 into the ONE and people laughed and the disagrees came flooding in. Whos Laughing Now huh lol
Wait until you hold them in your hands and form your own opinion. To each there own. I prefer the 360 controller over the ps3 but others don't. That's there choice. Same goes this gen. I like the improvements Sony have made on the DS4 and can't wait to see what it feels like. I'm a bit worried about the changes to the bumper buttons and triggers on the Xbox One controller but I'm not gonna write it off until I hold it. I'm sure it will be a great controller. Everything...
As a Xbox owner who could never stand playing with the PS2/3 dualshock i must admit that controller looks amazing. Every gripe i had with the controller seems to be fixed. Sony definitely were listening to the consumers. I have a Xbox One on pre order but im standing on a ledge. Do i jump into the Sony pool
Yeah its what Microsoft done with the original Xbox. Asked developers what they wanted. That's why it got a hard drive built in and higher specs. Pity they didn't do that this time around

Yeah same. Im from oz too and i imported a 360 from the UK in 2005. Cost me over $200 in shipping just for that. All up i paid $1800 for my 360 and $700 for my PS3 when that was finally released. $549 is a steal to me :-)

Microsoft aren't gonna show a PS3/4 logo on there stage at all. Did you not see the latest Destiny trailer. At the end there was no Xbox logo only Sony follwed by a "See it onstage at the Sony press conference E3 2013....
Sony has to pay MS for every notebook that uses Windows.
Simple fix. Include the update on all launch titles so as soon as you stick the disc in it updates and your good to go
