I did look for this when I set my xbox up but couldn't find it. Ended up just going on the new smartglass app and you can search and pin stuff to your home on that. Im really loving that app. Can even control the console with it.
When you tried party chat what was it doing to you. My friend and I went into it and couldn't hear each other until I seen the options below and one said turn chat on or something then my friend had to do the same before we could hear each other
Na mate not extremely lucky. Generally most people are enjoying their xbox one without any problems. Just like the ps4. The internet is making the issues with both consoles bigger than what they actually are. My brother about 4 friends and myself all have xboxes that are working fine (touch wood)
Im with you omi. After reading the reviews I almost didnt buy it but I thought id at least give it a go and im glad I did. Visually its amazing and im liking the combat. Chaining together attacks and stuff is great. Very similar to batman.
@MrMagoo
No one was talking about COD. Go troll elsewhere. Ryse graphics kills COD on any platform anyday of the week
@Agent1
I too was able to start the game at 3% but once I did I was prompted to download a 1024MB update before I could continue. The installation process was halted until the update finished. After the update it was around 20-25% before I could get into the campaign. Had a similar issue with COD Ghosts. So as stated in comments above the reason their installation wont move beyond 0% is because its downloading the update first
Well said my friend
Well I just spent the last 4 hrs setting up my Xbox One and playing it and so far so good. Only took about 15 mins to download the update and my internet is crap.
Took about another 10 to install and go through through all the set up and getting my gamertag on it.
One thing that I was annoyed at though was it took forever to install COD Ghosts. My friend had the same problem.
Some early reports said about 15 to 20 mins and once it hits 50% you can pla...
I remember when the 360 came out it played halo 1 and 2 out of the box. Would of been good if they did the same with the One
Think the only difference is the new update gets rid of the drm and 24 hr check in and allows offline play.
You can update via usb on 360 although I never have. From what ive read so far you need to hold the eject and sync button to initiate the update from the usb. Ive downloaded the launch update just unsure if I copy the whole folder or the contents within the folder. Will the console be able to update if I just copy the folder.
Apparently you only need the one labeled Launch. The one labeled flash is the factory os
Anyone familiar with doing updates via usb. Do you copy the file marked System update on to the usb or do you have to go into that one and copy the multiple files inside the folder onto the usb??
Yeah sorry mate but your on drugs if you think gamecube was the most powerful of that gen. OG Xbox by a long shot
@Stick89
Not all of them...
Grow up
DRM back. Oh and the always online 24 hr check in.....
Guess you never noticed the PS2 slim that had a power brick then huh???
@FLYINGDOG
Sorry to tell you Apple had a games console and it failed miserably. Go look up the Apple Pippin
I think they need to fix the broken/glitched ones. I think its called "If they came to hear me beg" on Halo Reach where you have to assassinate an elite from a fall that would kill you. Tried for hours and hours and it wouldn't pop.
Sony fanboys are funny. One minute halo 4 is a terrible game and the graphics were horrible now the Lead engine architect from halo 4 goes to Naughty dog you are acting like its the second coming of jesus...
