I don't care about 1080p; as with most people who have been gamming long enough. I just want to play some great games with great art work. The last generation was mostly same type of art direction. 1080p isn't as important to how a game looks as much as art direction. just play some xbl live games or some psn games and you would see this. It's more about art direction and control and fun factor and its been this way since the beginning of gamming.

I think you have to sit around 5 or so feet close to a TV depending on the size of the TV to see the differences. That's why 4k will not make a big impact until 100 inches in typical Americans home. Game developers spy on you including Sony. That's just a fact. The know were you by gas and food, your legal drugs and you porn just about everything you do is known by anybody with money who wants to find out. So true next gen is not all about how a game looks. even though it helps for emersion its Ai and the other tech under the hood the will determine great games.
Even as an Xbox fan that's what I want to play and why I think the cameras and cloud in both systems are great for gamming.
These companies don't care if the Xbox-1 or ps4 are sold out they just want to drive people to the store.So even if the ps4 is sold out they are still going to promote it.

Sony is not all about games that just the impression they are giving. They are about the living room too; you do not buy movie studios and internet streaming companies for 400 million plus dollars just for gamming that doesn't make any sense. I want to be entertained music movies TV and gamming and if possible a game with all of it integrated together.
