yea - they look great. i've got hope for this game.

blumatt - i'm with you buddy -i really liked the game. the only thing i didn't care for was the spaceship stuff at the end - it didn't seem like it belonged in KZ game - hey! do you think that was stahl getting out of the pod at the end?......or could it be visari???

i would think the guys from ND would be bringing a brand new demo to the show for people to play.

as i've said in another thread - i like stahl too - he's a loose cannon to the point of being insane. malcolm mcdowells voice really adds to the character.

i thought so too. i'm not a big MP player and probably wouldn't be very good on this map - but it looks like LOTS of fun to play.
the retro map pack is free if you preordered. if you're mad that you have to pay for it - you have nobody to blame but yourself.
i do agree that this steel rain map pack seems to be coming too soon.
when first saw that - it kept bouncing through my head the whole game - i couldn't figure out why his daughter would have that reaction to him - and then i read this theory that it wasn't really visari......my mind is BLOWN!
i couldn't pick a "best" character off of that - they were ALL hilarious.......that was some FUNNY stuff.
alhpa - they nuked stahls ship. it was close to helghan and the explosion seemed to have a reaction with the planet.......what it's done isn't known yet.
i thought the survivor HAD to be stahl. the articles second theory blows my mind! it could very well be visari. it would explain why there were no guards directly with visari at the end of KZ2. it would explain why his daughter recoils in disgust at the sight of her "father" in the opening of KZ3.

the way #3 ended - this situation isn't over........ if stahl is still alive? that WAS who got "welcomed home" by the helghast soldier? stahl seems very reckless and a little insane - so, who knows how this will play out.
me too - i was right at 10 hours (give or take 5 minutes)on first playthrough on trooper.
it is a great game - lots of fun. however, i wasn't wild over the spaceship shooting at the end. the KZ series has always been about vicious ground combat and thought it would have been better to end it with the grunts in the trenches.......but the way it ends? i NEED KZ4 as soon as possible to get some answers!

the ending drove me nuts in the sense i didn't want the game to end! so many quesitons!!! KZ4 can't happen soon enough for me.
silverload - i do remember. nothing like good vampire fun in the old west. the story was creepy.
alpha - what bugs? i didn't notice any problems. i will agree on the graphics as far as the color - i'd rather have the subdued look of KZ2 - but the jungle level in KZ3 and the stahl weapons facility as well as the level with the green stuff were beautiful. i also loved the look of the helghan soldiers and officers (in the cutscenes).
