the only news that would be big enough to warrant the hype: sony buys capcom......but i don't think that's happening.
maybe capcom is going to make a "heros" game and it will be published by G4. and adam sessler will be it's producer telling everyone who hates it to shut up.
when a story like this is printed, i wish they would explain(in the same article) why blu-ray movies are selling at double the rate of hd-dvd? every couple months, this kind of story is printed. if it's true; then, by now, hd-dvd should be crushing blu-ray in total movies sold as well as all studios should have abandoned BD. this isn't the case which makes stories like these sound very suspect.
with ratchet, COD4, haze and uncharted coming so close together, this will have to wait.
your comments hardly sound like an "honest opinion". but, if you're happy with the 360, perhaps you should stick to threads about its games. this is a ratchet thread-nobody cares what you think of halo, mass effect, or any other 360 game.
how do you know you'd beat the game in 9 hours? the dev in the article said "14-16 hours". the demo was the opening level.
so sessler thinks it's ok for him and morgan webb to rip any game THEY want but it's not ok for any of US to voice our opinion?

not impressive. yea, the gore kicks a55 but the game looks really generic. after seeing COD4, killzone 2, and UT3; they'll have to do a lot better than this.
at some point in the story, your char. will switch sides in the conflict. i think that is a great plot twist and the story appears to have potential besides this. what with nectar, and the large professional military company fighting the rebels protecting their land.
just don't buy EA products. i haven't for a long time. until sales drop to the critical level, EA will continue to put out garbage. does anyone believe they are doing anything but churning out rehashed crap on any system?
i can give 5 possible reasons the 360 or wii will fail. and they will sound just as ridiculous as this "article". why was an opinion by some no-name put on this site as news?
WHO CARES? i have a ps2. if i want to play those games, i'll use it. i bought a launch ps3 and only ps2 game i've played on it was new GoW. if you buy the ps3, it should be for the great games out now, and especially what's coming in the future. also, despite what the haters say, the blu-ray movie playback is kick butt and makes this system a great value.
i can't find this story anywhere else. gamestop still says feb. '08.
