then you only need to pay for one when they release. just a thought.
i love the look of this game. enviroments and enemies are sweet. i just hope it doesn't suffer from repetitive gameplay.
i think i hear don mattrick getting into a dump-truck loaded with money to put a stop to this. lol
dennis can sleep better now.....he has the "hubcanada.com seal of approval". a sure sign of greatness.
no online? no problem. i love the stories of games like uncharted, bioshock, and ratchet. it's what gives games such variety. online tends to be very similar; just variations on a common theme. don't get me wrong. online is fun....it's not a requirement/necessity.
i won't buy a delayed release either. if this is true, it's one of the most ridiculous decisions a game dev. has ever made. i could see it if the two games are close in the development cycle; but, the won't even start on 360 till ps3 version is done. and, it'll take a while to figure out how to shoe-horn that game into the dvd9 format.
i hear ya, and agree completely!
well, they lost my purchase. i don't think it's reasonable to hold back a finished game (ps3 or 360) till the other is done. a stupid thing to do.
edit: hey, i just noticed that the comment about holding the ps3 version back isn't in quotations. sounds like this is the authors view of how it will go? and this doesn't necessarily mean square will in fact hold the ps3 version back.
i hope everyone gets to play. the first 2 were great and i figure #3 will be too.
square forcing people to buy advent children to play FF demo is pitiful. i hope that wasn't the big announcement square had; cause that's a disappointment. now, if they had made the demo available on psn for free.....
you would know what that feels like wouldn't you? first year for 360 was terrible. not until end of that year did you get gears. so calm down with the fanboy crap.
no story was my biggest complaint of gears1 besides weak final boss/level. a story would add more immersiveness. give players a purpose other than just shooting. i want more background on the locust.
i'm not buying advent children to begin with. and i certainly wouldn't buy it just to get the demo.
there is no assurance that L4D will run good on any system. i didn't buy the orange box....it didn't interest me.(yea, i know, it was a good value but i was never big on any of the games in orange box- i like the first half-life only)
but i'm interested in this game. and i understand the resentment directed at EA. i haven't bought a madden game in 10 yrs.(come on EA, do something better with the football) but since this a new IP i'm going to be watching the development of this game wit...
sony 1st party is doing some kick @ss games. then there is MGS4...done by third party.
i'm with you viper. i'll take actual games like ratchet, uncharted, MGS4, GT5p over talk any day.
also, read the whole article. it seems very clear the ps3 has much more potential and this is going to be very clear in the coming years.(if 360 can last on last gen dvd format)
uh, i hope that's sarcasm cause eurogamer is far from objective.
and you're coming from a fanboys perspective.
what lousy parents. of course the kid thinks school is a waste of time. the majority of them do. that's why the parents need to look out for them. maybe someone needs to watch these parents. and where do this couple get all their money to raise 3 kids? and then the dad is gonna travel all over the place to these tournaments with the boy. how does he just take off work? something fishy going on.
