NI? I think Desgaea is the only RPG released in the US that gamers only half crapped on. Maybe they can finally get there stuff together and release a decent RPG this time.
I would be lying if I said I didn't want to play this game.. I love me some Co-op games though. Get your rocks ready because... I actually want this and Army of Two: 40th day. I have a blast playing co-op games with my little Bro and buddies that come over to the house, to bad all I have to play is Army of 2, RE5 and Resistance 2 at the moment.
I think one of the secret games will be Marvel vs Capcom 3. All the other games they have brought to Live and PSN have a Next Gen counter-part i.e. Bionic Commando and Street Fighter. The fans have been screaming for a new one and Capcom has been in a giving mood lately.
I personally hope they finally reveal a Nex-Gen Strider game. It would be hard to pull off but I could see them coming up with something to make that a fun experiance.
No this is not a movie based game. Harold Ramis and Dan Akroyd actually pinned a brand new script specifically for this game. Bill Murray even lends his voice to Peter. So this is a brand new story, not based on the movie like wolverine, GI Joe or Transformers, which you are trying to categorize this game as being.

It wouldn't make sense for a timed exclusive in only the PAL regions, couldn't you just import the game if it where released on time in the US? I know they do timed exclusives for Japan, but that is because of the Language barrier.
Ok a few things here... Look Sony probably was approched by Atari to publish the game. They wouldn't first pass on the game when it was originally dropped then comeback and pick up the rights again. Atari probably looked at the situation like this: we are really strapped for cash to properly promote and distribute Ghostbusters. So what we (Atari) should do is go to Sony have them pick up the cost of the PS3 and PSP promotion, make a couple million just to keep the game as a timed exclusive, t...
I am pretty hyped for this game. I plan on getting my platinum trophy in Infamous, then playing through Prototype then hopefully plat Ghostbusters. 360 owners shouldn't be to sad you can still get the game on PS2 as well. Everyone has one of those.

So as we see MW2 released later this year I think when Treyarch does release it's version it will not sell anywhere near either: a. What MW2 sells or even what B. W@W will sold...

Key word 'losing battle' NOT losing War. Again my point being that that you would not want to play a WWII game as the Germans or Japanese even if you won the battle. Same thing here, you will play as the Americans and win the battle but in the end you know that you lost the war. Same thing for any game they try to do for the Iraq war.
I think more people would be upset because they would be playing a campaign of a lost war. Kinda the reason why we have not seen many FPS war games taking place after WWII. That is why IW doesn't do the Iraq war, just a fictional War in modern times.
I think AC2 will actually be a way better game than the first, but it should not be higher than Uncharted 2, GoW3 etc. I also think Bioshock 2 will be a let down without Ken Levine and where was I am alive? I think that list will change dramatically after E3.
Isn't it obvious that there is gonna be a 'MegaTon' annoucement at E3, isn't that like saying, "There is gonna be alot of geeks at this years E3."

We have already had every beloved franchise pretty much make an appearance this gen, I can't think of anything that would blow my socks off if they annouced it. Maybe Kingdom Hearts, but that FF Vs. 13 looks like Kingdo...
As much as gamers hate them they are not in serious trouble. Madden hits in Aug. They also have a ton of million selling games hitting at the end of the year.. Mass Effect 2 and Tiger Woods come to mind.

I have a hard time seeing Punch Out beating Patapon 2 on Meta Critic. I know Punch Out will sell 10X more than P2 (probably more than Infamous too) but it is obvious which one will be the better game.
Considering this is the first time the company has not made a profit in 14 years and they are only 1.5 billion in the tank. I think you should shove your fist up your own arse. I know 1.5 billion sounds like a lot of money but to a company that makes 200 billion in revenue every year it is hardly a mountain that cannot be climbed. You do realize that Sony does more than sell video games right?
