I perfer Trophies because of the Plat. But also because of the leveling system I have beaten about 10 games now with trophies and have around 380 (No Platinums yet :( but still I am only a level 7. It will literally take me 10 years to get to a level above 50. Also when I compare my score card to my buddies I can see every single game they have attempted to play that had Trophies, which means when I play about 50 games with trophies that would be an impressive feature.

Still not enough to blow me over. especially if GT5 is confirmed for 2009. MS has already hinted that they are going to have something big but I doubt it will be a game. It will probably be inclusion of a music store, or a MS channel that you can watch exclusively on your 360.

London is up to something, and has been for a couple of years since 8 days and the Getaway 3 were canceled. I don't believe they have been only working on Home. I would not be surprised if we hear about either a secret game or Syphon Filter PS3.

Agreed on wait and see list just have to add Prototype for me (Infamous is a midnight at Wal-Mart purchase for me), also interested to see Red Faction, something tells me that the destroy anything gameplay will get old like in Battlefield 2's main story mission.

Umm, did anyone notice that Prototype moved up to June 9th 3 days after IGN posted a June 9th date for Infamous? Then Sony moved Infamous up to the 26th. So it is obvious Prototype is scared. I will bet anyone that we will see reviews for Infamous 2 weeks before the game is released because Sony and Sucker Punch are so confident. Good luck finding a review of Prototype on launch day.
I think you have alot to learn about Infamous. Prototype is basically you are this dude with amnesia who wakes up with all these powers and has to consume people to learn what happened to him. Prototype is more violent and there are no consequenses for killing civilians, it is basically rampage mode of GTA on steroids, and alot of the replayablity relies on gruesome kills, like body surfing, and reeking havoc on the city.

I think alot of Infamous sales will depend on how well Prototype does. Even though they are 2 completely different games. If you listen to people like Greg Miller of IGN, who has played this game extensively, this game will not only be good it could be game of the year.
Back to Prototype I think it will sell pretty well because of it's appeal to jerks/as$holes, but once people realize how superior Infamous is to Prototype, I think Infamous will see sales that are more steady bas...
If you read the article it is sad that MS best bet is to announce something other than ODST and have some demos of Multi Plat games. He is also holding out hope that Mass Effect 2 and Lost Planet 2 both stay exclusive. It would be funny if Sony pulls a MS this year and steals Mass Effect 2. although I would be more interested Lost Planet 2 because I love co-op games.
