I know tons of people that have done the LCS exploits, and most of them say they feel they've ruined their GTA experience, at least somewhat.
FYI, I hear it's rolling out on Playstation 3 before Xbox 360, and it's hitting different players at different times.

The two yearly subcriptions for online is the biggest downside to purchasing both.
