Ya I know they would more likely just sell the costumes on PS store. Which sux. Just a thought if they want to put it on another level than their competition (achievements).
they should make it where you unlock costumes in Home for getting platinum trophies for games. Like you get that Killzone outfit for preordering at Amazon. Why not make it an unlockable if you get a platinum trophy?
That would be nice IMO as a way to further connect Home to the games and give a little more incentive to get trophies.
ya looked like MotorStorm with Pure's racetracks. MotorStorm is awesome for it's tracks IMO.
ya, I was curious as to how they scored games. I went back and forth between big titles on PS3 and 360. More times than not Edge gave the PS3 exclusives the lowest scores put up on metacritic. On several games. 360 side I didn't see a game lower than 90. Their scores are consistent with other reviews for 360 games. Like other reviews gave a game a 9, Edge gave it a 9 as well. Look at PS3 games that got a 9, scroll to the bottom to find Edge's review and it is 6-7.

Netflix on 360 is nothing like what commercials and crap would have you believe. I originally thought you could rent anything in the Netflix library. Nope, just instant play movies.

does it matter. Look at Edge's review score compared to other reviews and you can see it is an oddity. Thus you should know they lack credibility. If all their scores for games were lower than the norm, that would be understandable. You could just say they use a different scoring system. But they don't. I tried to look at some of their other reviews of games I've played that got higher scores. All I found was Left 4 Dead which got a 9. Great game, but...a 9? Killzone 2 a 7? Sure......
only thing it would be useful for is streaming INSTANT PLAY movies to your TV. I've been doing this to my computer. The selection isn't very big and a lot of the movies in that selection are movies most wouldn't care to watch anyhow.
In other words, Netflix is good just for Netflix itself. Having a 360 with it isn't as beneficial as I originally thought...
Halo 3 didn't even look good when it first came out. Looks bland all around. These screenshots actually make it look way better than it looks when you are playing. On the Killzone 2 side...NEVER, EVER...will screenshots do the game justice. In motion, nothing looks better.

Ya the ID is an annoyance...but judge the game for the game itself. And I judge the game to be good personally. Very unique online experience. Only reason I think it gets put down is because...well...MGS4 is such a great game and majority (if not all) buy MGS for the singleplayer. Not the MP. So most people don't even give it the slightest chance.
bleh still bad delay....but still fun regardless. Lots of people still playing...kinda surprised with how much hate it gets for whatever reason. It's a fun game.

There were tons of cheaters last time I played. I just got the game back from letting someone borrow it. Hoppin online now...hope it isn't as bad these days.
MGO is a great game. The only turn off is the delay. There is some major delay...some people deny it...I don't see how. Throw a grenade on someone and watch where their body lands...then they warp 10 feet in another area.
ya its pretty pathetic that you say a game would be good and get disagrees cuz it happens to be on one system and not the other :/. Be very interesting to see who "disagreed" with you.
KI was a great series. Wish they would release the originals on Live or PSN. I remember wasting a lot of quarters on that game trying to do Ultra combos and crap. Then played it on N64 I think when it came out on consoles.
