Yo they forgot Dead Souls, which was actually pretty good (better than 3 in my opinion).
3 was in general very slow paced and I personally thought it was wayyy too slow for me. I've only played Dead Souls, 2, 3, 4 and 5 but for me 3 is definitively at the bottom.
Don’t know why people still think Jade Raymond created Assassins Creed. It was Patrice that was the director and the true creator. Media at the time was just horny for a female and Ubisoft decided to exploit that.

I kinda liked Nightmare level too but it was quite annoying. I was much younger back then and it annoyed the crap outta of me when I fell into the darkness and had to go through the whole "platforming sequence" again and again.
I think it could've been better executed. I rather have it in there then not though so I think Remedy did a good job.
First it's not about piracy. Second, this has been done before with Dragon Age Origins, where a one-two hour quest was reserved for those with DLC code (or those willing to buy it). It also had a companion too so it was actually a big deal.

wow this is the worst article I read in a long looooong time and that says a lot coming from a n4g regular. Article fails to explain why Move support detracts from the experience and to make any valuable arguments in general. Move support is optional and how do you know the feature is bad if you never even tried it or even similar experiences.

Would've bought NGP due to all the games announced for it but I'd wait a bit longer until I hear more about the games for each handheld. 3DS has been extremely appealing to me though, I love 3D gaming. I really don't see anything from the announcement that it will provide a free PC/Mac copy. All I see is that we'll gain access to Steam friends and etc. I really hope its true and to some degree it makes sense for both sides (business wise) but I can't see anything indicating it from the released statements.
I found the Kinect Bundle plenty of times. Although I did not see much standalone Kinect units. I do know though.

I totally disagree. Halo 3, Gears Of War (2 at least), Warhawk, MAG, Street Fighter IV, Killzone 2, BattleField series etc just to name a few. Every single game with a popular online mode has issues. Some more severe than others but overall they're largely the same or similar and none of these games got "dragged through the mud".

Dan Hsu ran EGM when it was good actually. It was once James Mielke took over that everyone started leaving for some reason (and then a few got fired).

Wow, so much hate on HDR. Put me in the opposite camp cause I find colors pretty dull without HDR. Dark scenes especially is really nice as you can see everything without resorting to turning up the brightness. Maybe some of you got low end HDR? E.g. there are no good HDR monitors right now.
