Sales talk is rubbish in every way. A game doesn't have to hit any set #. If a game makes a profit in the end its a success, regardless if it sells 50K or 2 million

Yea, I hear ya. It's just a shame that so many people were affected by the 360s hardware failure, hopfully MS did right by you guys.
This is good news and kudos to Vigil for taking such a quick initiative to fix the problem. The screen tearing in the game is very apparent but really doesn't take away from the experience for me. I am enjoying the game so far, can't go wrong with a mature Zelda.
I can't believe you guys would keep buying 360 after 360 like that! That's absolutely ridiculous imho. I guess I lucked out though, my 1st gen Elite is working just fine and the Slim is A-OK.
I expect to be underwhelmed. My idea of fun is not playing 1:1 soccer mom games. Give me 1:1 FPS, TPS and action/adventure games then we'll talk Natal.
I for one would love to acquire a 3D television, but I can assure you it will be very very expensive out of the gates this summer. I usually get my review scores from Gamesradar and Gamespot. I give props to Gamespot. They are one of the very few objective gaming sites left regardless of the whole "Kane and Lynch" debacle a few years back.
I wish it was a remake or an HD update, unfortunately its neither. I wish SOTC would get the PSN treatment. It's one of the best and most memorable games I've ever played.

Gamers like Bungie make me hate my 360 more and more everyday. If you have both systems, its obvious that the PS3 has better graphics. If only I could use my 360 controller for PS3 gaming, I would have no complaints.

Totally agree. I have been feeling this way for awhile, ever since RE4. I loved RE4 and felt RE5 was a let down, both games would have definitely benefited from the Dead Space "shoot while being able to strafe" mechanic. I hope Capcom goes back to the roots and gives us a RE2 next-gen experience.
GoW3 and MGS4 could probably be ported to the 360, but with detrimental effects in the graphics and presentation departments. The 360 just does not have the capabilities to produce the quality of graphics like UC:2, MGS4 and KZ 2 have. I should know, I have numerous exclusives for each system. So is Sony wrong in saying that GoW3 is only possible on the PS3? Yes. Would you want to play GoW3 if it were ported to the 360? Probably not.

I agree with above posts. IGN US as been going down hill for quite some time now. Their editorial and previews are boring and lackluster. Their "fun" and quirky articles are anything but entertaining. And their reviews never really seem to hit the "mark" anymore. Time to pack it up IGN, nobody likes you anymore.
Sony will definitely be the torch bearer when this technology is slated to enter our homes. Just start saving now though, 1st generation 3D TVs will be very expensive and needs to properly integrate NO GLASSES technology to earn my money. The tech exists, but like I said it is uber expensive at the moment and will be for some time.
Indeed it is. One of the reason I received a Slim this past holiday was just in anticipation of GoW3. This game will be epic and awesome in every sense of the word.
