By Zeus' beard I need a new Twisted Metal, its been far too long.
I concur Dr. Many a fond memory of getting blasted playing Smash Bros. Melee and Mario Kart Double Dash in college with my best friendos
@mrv321
Goldeneye? The game was better than the movie.
@Gago
Yea, because you have obviously played it. And how is a game with Zelda elements a bad thing? It's only one of the most highly praised franchises in video game history. You fail sir.
Agreed. Good interview and bad grammar all around.
I think reviews are very important considering the amount of money us gamers must invest to enjoy our hobby. $300 dollar systems and $60 dollar games add up after awhile. Solid and unbiased reivew scores are crutual to me before I plop down my hard earned money at a local game store.
Leaving control of your party in the hands of A.I. seems like an unnecessary gameplay mechanic to me. What benefit is there from just picking and choosing a move set? Another feature I'm not to keen on is the game over upon party leader death. This is just asking for frustrated gamers when it comes to harder fights and bosses.
Agreed, so classic. I'm glad Bad Dudes is on the list, utter hilarity. "Hey, Dudes! Thanks for rescuing me! Let's go for a burger!"
I was wondering about that myself. Each review pretty much states that this is a quality single player game but now I am questioning the difficulty of the whole experience. It does seem though that Darksiders has a higher learning curve due to the numerous button combinations, but a "Zelda" type dungeon set-up is hardly difficult imho. Good to see the game is recieving high marks, this is more my style of gameplay compared to Bayonetta.
Agreed. This type of game is a single player experience. A multi player mode would probably have felt half assed and unnecessary. IGN STFU.
Fantastic news. Next to Blazblue, the Guilty Gear games are what beautiful 2D fighting is all about.
I'm on a diet, should have baked the Slim........(crickets chirping)
Good for him taking it like a man. I agree with other members statements that the clerk must have known what a "Modern Warfare" is. Old people and videogames are like oil and water, except for that grandma that owns games on youtube.
It would be very silly for EA not to let loose with a public beta. I can only imagine how much bad word of mouth and frustration IW would have saved themselves with a MW2 public beta.
^agreed.
Monthly/yearly subscriptions is the way to go. Affordable pricing is also going to make or break OnLive. I know a lot of gamers, myself included, like an physical copy as well which is downside imo. Very interested to see where this technology will end up.
I can see how this game might not be for everyone and how western gamers might be turned away. After playing the demo though it is hard not to commend the devs on delivering such finely tuned and spot on gameplay mechanics. Any word on playthrough time though?
Gears of War and UC:2 can give thanks to a little known game called Kill.Switch which introduced cover and blindfire as copied by both games. Neither is revolutionary in that regard to gaming.
ah yes, the blame should be placed on Ubisoft, my mistake. I must not be so quick as to blame MS for everything, must have been the morning espresso.

Technically Kratos is related to all the gods and monsters being the son of Zeus. Greek mythology is filled with half-brothers/sisters and inbreeding.
I don't see the need for articles like this. Why is so important for gamers to sling s**t back and forth regarding which console is superior. As long as good, quality and enjoyable games are produced, who cares? As for Natal, its still way too early for it's full potential to be seen. Painting elephants and talking to British children named Milo are not going to win over hardcore gamers' hearts. FPS, RPG, RTS and action/adventure interaction will need to be integrated competently to real...
