Game looks good, but if you really want a space explorer sim, get Star Citizen, that game looks like its from another generation. I will get disagrees but am I lying? No Mans Sky looks fun but if I am going to invest time on it, ill do it on SC, I think that's the real space explorer many gamers are choosing to ignore. Ill pick up No Mans Sky but its not exactly mind blowing in terms of gameplay.

The question isn't about the effect it will have on PS4 but the question is why no attendance. Could it be a lack of funds, a lack of games or a lack of care? There are gamers that expect Sony to be there, why avoid them, its not like Gamescon is a small event.

BC means more new games. If you have BC that means devs don't need to waste resources and time remastering old games. To mean having BC makes my console the value of 2 instead of one. After all these are sequels to there previous products, this should be a standard. If BC doesn't exist then expect your house to be filled up on Consoles and that's a lot of power drainage and space.

Most companies do, I wouldn't be surprised, Nintendo do it as well, they claim enough just to put them in the Red just to avoid penalty rates even though they made heavy profits. Sony would do it to. All big corps do it if there smart enough.
Shouldn't matter because it doesn't drop below 40 from DFs review and no Halo game runs 60 frames in campaign mode. If it was Multiplayer drops understandable but campaign doesnt bother me. Game looks great at what they showed and plays even better in the Halo 5 beta. I would have prefered the campaign to run at a locked 30 that way they can achieve even better graphics but ill settle for what they have shown.

From what iv seen with the gameplay, the game runs quite smooth regardless if its rending 60 frames. Hoping they can lock it at 60 but its no loss. With the new squad based gameplay there's probably reasons for it. Maybe the AI is incredible and takes up a lot of system power. Not sure, but I can tell you, MS would have made a fortune off its LIVE subscribers for the past 10+ years. They don't include them in there EOFY result with Xbox, probably because if your in the black then your probably heavily taxed. MS might be making it sound like a loss instead of claiming its profiting.
Could say the same with every PS3 and Nintendo break downs as well. Remember nothing is perfect. PS3 had heaps of firmware issues plus yellow lighting while Nintendo Wii I had replaced based off it had CPU problems after 4 years.

MS spent over 1.15bm in fixing the RROD issues, doesn't sound like a lot of gamers just spent another $499 on a brand new console. Also care to explain the issues the PS3 had since that wasn't perfectly built either. If you already forgot about the Yellow light and Firmware bricking though its life span. Not defending the 360 but to say it sold so well based off a manufacturing error is low and not to take to account that other systems had issues as well, maybe not...
Doesn't always work that way. Wii was by far the best selling system last gen and CoD didn't have exclusive deals. I honestly don't think MS are chasing these games anymore. They don't really need them since they have there own games such Halo 5 counters COD and KI counters SF5 etc.

Its a lot of wishful thinking. GT7 needs to outshine Forza by a mile to be considered worth the wait. FM5 best racer in 2013 (IGN's Best Racing game award), FH2 best racer in 2014 (86 metacritic), and FM6 is set to be the best racer of 2015. GT7 will be a good game but how much by? Forza is soaking in the fame and Turn 10 have good experience with the hardware of the X1 now, while Polyphony hasn't even made game for the PS4, GT7 might be bad, we don't know.

It amazes me how people choose to ignore it. There's definitely a big misunderstanding between both parties on this one. I read the article where they mention the PS3 being restrictive.
Really goes to show you that those comparing differences between GoW3 and GoW3 RM look similar are the same who think there are massive differences between 900p and 1080p.
These games look very similar and yes the PS4 is better but you wouldn't really tell unless you look at the frame rate which in many games is the most noticeable when playing Remasters.
