Half Life is the greatest game ever made in many peoples opinions, its the one game series that would have over shadowed FF7 at E3 if it was announced. There true masterpieces.
One topic I hate debating on, especially those who have no idea what there talking about. X1 CPU is more faster and we aren't just talking about those 150mhz more per core, we are talking about having 1 extra CPU core which makes a bigger difference on top of the faster cores.

This is where fanboys need to stop judging companies and start judging the games instead. SF5 is only PC/PS4 exclusive and is never coming out on Xbox from what Sony said. PS3 BC was a welcome addition and my friends loved it. The PS3 wasn't selling and was getting destroyed by its competitors. They had to slim it down and butcher the machine to lower its price, unfortunately BC was one of the things that got removed.
Having a console with the value of two consoles is a much better sell. I just picked up Lost Odyssey and Gears Judgment for less then $20 and am looking forward to playing them now on my X1. That is amazing.

If resolution means that much to you then I recommend PC gaming. Buy yourself a beast CPU/GPU and have fun. Todays consoles are struggling running these new engines to reach a 1080p/30 solid frame. Unless the company sacrifices gameplay to achieve it. Which I hate when they do that.
This will generate X1 sales for 1 year and 1 year is along time in gaming. The fact the X1 version is running 1080p as well there's no real point in waiting for a superior PS4 port when PS4 wouldn't be able to beat that resolution since a lot of gamers today think that's all that matters.

Why do gamers act is if this is something new to gaming? These type of deals have ben happening for years. Yes this is worth it for the Xbox brand because they can claim Tomb Raider as there own game for a year, that will generate sales, marketing and more. You do know the reason FM5 didn't score to well with the reviewers was based off its lack of content, its a quality game and superior to GT6 in almost every department apart from the content. Sound, Visuals, Controls, Gameplay, you name it. GT6 was a recycled GT5 game, FM5 was a completely new game.

UP 27% is a positive. Shouldn't matter to us gamers, this is for investors etc. Also being Shipped meaning sold to stores which means MS has already made the sale. Its up to stores to sell it to customers. This holiday expect a lot of X1s shipped because stores are going to order more to sell more.
People need to stop defending this, accept it, protest against it and you will be given a better service. isn't that the point of E3 2015, to show content in 2015? That's like saying MS can announce Halo 16 for 2020 just to win a show while others show games they can actually play that same year. Both Consoles have 8 CPU cores however X1 allows the use of there 7th core for game developers while PS4 is still only using 6.
The PS4 was never 50% more powerful, that's just fanboys rounding it out from 40% to 50%.
