Halo 5 is the best game iv played this year and its even out done my previous favourite in MGS5 and The Witcher 3. I suggest anyone that loves FPS games to play it and stop worrying about numbers in general.
This generation is all about numbers, if its not Sales numbers, or Pixels its Stream. This generation of gamers is the worst iv seen since my days of gaming before consoles existed.
I still find it rather funny that those fanboys who said anything under 1080p isn't next gen, and yet to see one of the biggest games not running full HD and there here defending tooth and nail over it. The sad truth about fanboys.
I personally think ND did the right decision, I would have rather them do the campaign at 900p and 60 frames as well and to use dedicated servers but ill be happy with either outcome.

I actually agree with Lennoxb63. Split screen takes away there focus on delivering other things. If you want to play co-op play MCC. Split screen is N64/PS1 days, not in 2015.
With Halo 6 adopting DX12, they will be able to do some crazy things. I am fine if they choose 30 frames for the campaign but going from 60 to 30 will take time getting use to.
30 frames to me feels like last generation, however if Halo 6 can offer an even better campaign then Halo 5 (which I actually really enjoyed) I wouldn't mind seeing the campaign with all the effects turned on etc and pushing the XB1's hardware.

Huge fan of Star Wars and Halo is the Star Wars for gamers. My favourite Star Wars games I loved were the X Wing Series.
Its not about which outsells the other, its about how deep the Lore is. Halo's Lore, the spin offs, the toys etc. Halo is huge just like Star Wars.
Well they made Halo MCC for a reason. Play that. But you will need to buy an XB1 first.

Quality is important, having dedicated servers adds to that quality.
Getting as 90+ doesn't mean quality. 1 reviewer gave both Halo 4 and Forza Horizon 2 a 2/10. If you think those games deserves 2/10 then fine however that score pimp FH2 and H4 reviews to miss out on 90 metas. Troll reviewers exist and they will hurt games total review scores but that doesn't mean there not as good as the rest. I rate games in there respectful genres, because some genres are harder to gain perfect scores then others.

GOTYs aren't won by better scores, having an 85+ meta doesn't mean it cant win GOTY, Halo 4 won a couple GOTY awards and GTA5 had a higher meta then TLOU. Your points don't make sense.
Halo will definitely be up there for best Shooter in 2015. Scores only mean so much. Xbox games have been averaging many mid 80+ meta scores which is amazing, PS4 has 1 game that's in the 90s, everything else sits in the low 80s and 70s.

P2P is last generation. Dedicated servers should be standard across the board with 1st party games. If they cant provide then they shouldn't be charging.
No Dedicated servers is last gen. Sorry but if gamers think next gen is all about 1080p then there clearly delusional. I am now disappointed in UC4 MP. Sorry this is 2015 and Playstation's best franchise. Sony needs to invest more instead of cheapening out on everyone. They know UC4 will sell, they will make there money on it, but I'm not touching the MP if I have to use P2P system.
Halo 5 is the best game I have played this year, I know many will disagree but damn they nailed it for me in both Campaign and Multiplayer. I'm hooked, I don't even need another game this year.

Actually Halo 5 only has afew mixed reviews, it has over 30+ positives. If you think Halo 5 is a bad game then what do u think of Killzone, DriveClub, The Order, Imfamous, LBP3, and many other games that scored below Halo 5?
Not Trolling just saying if fans think Halo 5 is bad then there are plenty of 1st party games that have flopped compared to it. As it stands Halo 5 is one of the highest reviewed next gen Shooters on the market.
