It's not as if they get all the money we spend on the game... some of the money goes to the store and the other to taxes.
If the video is any reference to what the game will look like it definitely has better(accurate) models and visual effects than Naruto: Rise of a Ninja.
But that doesn't mean it'll become a better game.
CyberConnect2 has made a couple of Naruto-games before so they already have experience creating Naruto models and such.
