Unfortunately it is so.
When I saw the screens of Silent Hill 5 I noticed that something was off... couldn't put my finger on it.
Much later when I read that it was being made outside of Japan I understood.
And it seems as if they're going for a "Silent Hill the Movie" story... sirens, flakes off of the walls... you name it...
But who knows it may actually turn out to be a good game... how unlikely as that may seem.

The third one I haven't played, but I believe it was a failure...
I'd only play it for the story if anything(want to know what happened to Simon).
Simon the Sorcerer 4 could and will hopefully redeem the third installment.

Have been wanting Vagrant Story for a while now, but it's too expensive and I want it in mint condition... so rather buy a remake for PSP if it comes :)
