The title imply all games, the quote "most of the games" does not.
So they want to lose a huge load of customers?
The ISPs would lose a whole lot of money, and so would the government due to less taxes paid.
The only way I see that Linux is different, that makes people avoid it, is that it's not user friendly.
There has been vast improvements with good LinuxOS releases last decennium or so, but as I see it there's still much to improve on user friendliness.
Linux feels more or less like "analog in a digital world" so to speak. -imho
any TV or any quantity of them.
If it in some unfathomable way saved the lives of those I held dear, sure, I'd do whatever it took.
For worldly things, though, there's no way.
you see if you check the FORTUNE Global 500 2007 list you'll find:
#61 Sony
#139 Microsoft
I think that should be enough.
Microsoft wouldn't afford Sony.
Am I looking at the numbers wrong?
Since I can see a boost on Wii, 360 and PS3 from last week...
Wii +~21%
PS3 +~18%
360 +~29%
At least they got the finances to back any game development they want.
I think they should be able to create something that works on from low to high-end, like UE3.
Maybe he should've gotten a bank account instead.
Anyone else noticed how they worded it?
"Even before pricing reached this level, HD DVD represented more than 60% of the overall standalone high definition market."
Most likely -not- counting PS3.
"In fact, HD DVD owners have already bought around 3.5 movies each, compared to less than one movie sold per Blu ray device."
Most likely -does- count PS3(blu-ray device).
A bit overdue... imho.
Hope the same offer will come to amazon.co.uk
@PirateThom: Could be
@The_Engineer: Well, if it actually does have that "glitch" ingame, it could have been concieved elsewhere.
Otherwise it's a matter of course it won't be in the final product.
I want to know what it is, thought that maybe someone who knew more than me in this area could explain it to me in no uncertain terms.
since I saw the picture yesterday, there's some kind of vertical screen tearing on one of the pictures.
Anyone who may know what it could be?

the screens are in 1920x1080?
While I prefer 720 myself, since more can be crammed into 720 than 1080 on a console, I would find it impressive if they pull 1080 off with more on screen details than RfoM.
They're just fooling around and having some fun on the pictures.
Sure it's a bad article, but to criticize the girls because of what the journalists have done is bad taste imho.
Dixons who?
Thought it already had been released in Japan.
If you read the features it's radically different from CoH/V and your run-of-the-mill mmorpgs altogether(gameplay wise).
