IMO The Last of Us is the pinnacle of linear story telling. Everything is just so well crafted, from the world, gameplay and character animations. They're all engineered to go along perfectly with the narrative. With next gen pushing for open-world games, RPGs with branching paths, and blending multiplayer with singleplayer it's nice to know that linear singleplayer narratives can still deliver an amazing experience.
Finally! It's sad how it took a 3rd party developer to clear things up instead of ... You know... The company who's actually making the console. -_-

But even with xbone is it streaming just the game? Cause a lot of people have other things on top the game feed. A web cam feed, player scores, a timer for speedrunners etc etc.
He's made it clear that he's an xbox owner and is planning to get an xbox one but then rants about not playing Sony exclusives... why not just buy a Ps4 then...

Pre-ordered a Ps4 simply to play the next Naughty Dog game. After beating The Last of Us I'm definitely never missing another game by these devs. They're one of the best 1st party studios out there. It's exclusive games that'll make ppl buy a console and seeing how I can get Titanfall on PC I have no real interest in getting an xBone.

Except almost EVERY next gen game uses a tablet now. Watch_dogs, Battlefield, The Division etc etc. I'm not talking about smart glass either but tablet integration in general.
I mean if we look at price alone the DS4 gives you more bang for your buck. LED, Touch pad, small speaker and a lithium rechargeable battery. While Xbone just has the impulse triggers and that infrared thing that connects to the Kinect. If we go by what MS did this gen then the rechargeable battery pack might be around $20 again.
Thats great but did this game honestly need that? It was perfect the way it was.
It's also a very bright update... The bloom lighting... It hurts me eyes.
People SHOULD play this game. Don't really care if they end up liking it or hating it, its a experience that every gamer should... experience lol.

I still think Wind Waker is the best example of cell shading in any videogame, especially for its age. I really really hate all the bloom lighting they added with the HD remake.
Actually I'd say to compensate they focus on their 1st party studios to deliver great exclusives.
