I really don´t wish another pretty face and a pretty narrative with a "meh" gameplay quality.
We don´t need another Ryse.
@Mr Marvel
Perhaps you´ve missed every Devil May Cry series cutscenes. Most of them would get MUCH MORE BETTER. This is the first example.
Just pay for Hideo Kojima to direct it... I don´t wanna see great potential being wasted on shallow blockbuster movie plot or more of the same dated fps gameplay being rehashed like COD games.
I agree... or just need Kojima to save this franchise with awful stories with the excuse to focus more on the gameplay mechanics.
Well... Nintendo will nail that up at his next-gen console... they already know where not to go (Virtual Boy).
Yep... because for me, nowdays pc are for RTS and some multiplayer FPS... MOUSE AND KEYBOARD are a must.
I can play on a gamepad sit or lay on my bed/couch. Mouse and keyboard are precise because it relays on a adequate position.
If you didn´t thought on that part of my argument, you must be quite young. Mouse+Keyboard rules... on a desk.
Not only that, what is the advantage of having a gargantuan gfx card-cpu combo enabling maxed out settings a...
Yep... Call Of Duty franchise is the Micheal Bay from games since MW3.
People are weird... most of then work on pc and desks... after a tough day, I rather lie down on a couch and relax while playing until sleep or wait for something better to happen...
...and these pc nuts, rather sit more in front of a desk and press their eyes against a 27 inch screen just to feel some extra visual satisfaction. Learn that, boys and girls: games are for free-time fun and relaxation... if you are willing to spend more time unconfortable at your own home just ...
So, lets change the point:
Anything higher than 1080p WITHOUT DISASTROUS IMAGE DELAY RESPONSE must be a pc monitor of at least 27 inches and requires a table for it and you must sit close.
If we take the already refined FullHD technology with a very low rate of image delay, the game will work on most of the televisions and projectors... which means bigger screen and playing on the couch.
I want my couch, my gamepad, my 55TV/100Projector and a very acc...
He is absolutely right.
Even Amnesia was never scary for me, the tension is builded by anxiety, imagination and pessimism. The less the creature appears, more tension is builded... sfx and shy appearances are greatly effective.
Strange... Amnesia wasn´t scary for me.
Even if is true... cloud computing is an ONLINE ONLY feature. I wonder how it would handle if the internet signal drops...
I agree... not only because if you buy a pc (even midrange), you also gotta buy a descent keyboard and a good wireless mouse, HDMI cable, maybe a monitor and is more suitable to play on a desk rather on a couch... besides, Blizzard won´t give gamepad controller support for pc version... which is a game-changer for me: CONFORT to play in any actual rest position after a tough day.
RTS and FPS are the only genres that truly benefits from an PC hardware... and The Sims, wh...
There aways have a non-mentioning-catch when is about every MS new sauce. Impressive as the Cloud Computing... BUT...
...you have to pay for it AND it runs online ONLY (excluding the fact of requiring a really fast and stable internet connection)
DirectX12? As much as I know, SONY is already working on something similar. Which means a smaller gap between them, but just that, really. And since the overall console performance is already bellow of many mid-range...
And not to mention is an online service and not free.
Allows to reach 1080p and 60fps... when ONLINE ONLY and probably, PAYING MORE TO BE TECHNICALLY BETTER.
Stop digging down your hole, MS. Invest on games, not paying more for online processing.
Mate... MS is right. Good developers are the ones that make big things with few resources. God Of War was quite ugly for a game, and yet, was 60fps and had a decent rez. Is a immortal classic nowdays.
This rez-fps war gotta end. It's far so silly.
And I am a Sony fanboy.
Thank the Lord you aren't from artistic department of a game design studio... everything you do would be bland and sober.
I admit the first impression of Bioshock 2 was bad for me, but after played it, I liked more than the first game. I really cared about the characters at the first game... Lamb wasn´t brilliant as Ryan, but all the pieces worked really well for me.
And the hacking puzzles, much more fit to the game pace than the first one.
I rather save money to buy a future-proof safe pc rather than have this thing lying around my desk/rack.
