Bioshock Infinite must be played and seen as a different game. They have no relation (unless similarities) whatsoever with each other. Great games, where in Bioshock (1 and 2) you are someone that you can actually relate as yourself... Infinite is someone with personality and way of thinking. This is already a huge tone-changer to the original IP.

I barely know about the MU but the facts presented here is undeniable. Comics like to exaggerated their characters powers. Games are not able to do scale that much (as Hulk Comics does) such powers with current hardware.

FOV distance seems small... PD probably worked with a eye fov measure on the game.
Decreasing FOV effect might give a sexier look, but terrible for distance viewing.

Ok... in order to make this feature work, you´ll need to play in a dark room or only at night (for those who don´t have heavy curtains in big lit rooms)... the "compesating" effect on daylight is just damn ugly. Room furniture arrangement, heavy curtains, probable projector support will be required for this...

For those who can only have fun with online gaming, thats A LITTLE sad. The price point of online play is low.
Single player people and couch mp people will just ignore this and buy more controllers.
