I'm probably in the minority, but I'd love for a legitimate singleplayer campaign. I think the movie-esque vibe Valve's created lends itself perfectly to a singleplayer mode. It'd have to be much different than the multiplayer, but that's fine with me.
Not saying the game shouldn't still focus on multiplayer, either.
The headline is extremely misleading, because Yerli says nothing like that in his quotes. He just says they'll develop triple-A F2P games, not that it's the future of the company or will replace their retail offerings.
Erm, not even remotely accurate. For one, I wouldn't call Bing "pretty" by any stretch of the imagination -- especially not compared to Google. But for actually searching, Bing's great. I still prefer Google, but they've added a lot of features directly because of Bing.
As far as Bing on the 360 though -- it's Bing in name only. It's not the same thing at all.
Eh, Battlefield 3 became one of those "remains to be seen for me" after the poor public beta. It was going to be a day-one purchase, but now I'll wait for reviews to see if the kinks have been ironed out.
Well, seeing as how the majority of reviews for Fruit Ninja Kinect are great, I'm going to say you have no idea what you're talking about.
Also: it's "awful", not "aweful."
Not sure if serious or just trolling. The Gears 3 multiplayer blows away the campaign. It's the best multiplayer of the year so far.
Fruit Ninja Kinect is a game I can get lost in hours on. I'll boot it up and find myself playing three hours at a time. I could never say that about the mobile version.
Pay DLC came to the PC precisely because of console policy. There was once a time -- not too long ago -- where all DLC released was free on the PC. Crazy, right?
I'm sure it will on the PS3 and PC, but not so sure on the 360. Microsoft has a policy of not allowing free content to add achievements, but sometimes they bend that policy.
I don't really mind either way... leaderboards for the challenge mode are better than achievements in my mind.
You don't have to pay money for an additional settop box, you don't have to pay a DVR fee, you can use it as the primary settop box and not have to pay the leasing fee...
Uh, this will be the biggest update ever for the 360 regardless. YouTube, Bing, Live TV, new interface, social features, App Marketplace, etc.
@ lorianguy: N4G is populated with Xbox fanboys? Is that a joke? Go look at the forums and see how many posts the PS3 section has versus the 360 section.
You're being disagreed with because your comment is stupid and you were asking for it.
The summary makes no sense. How can getting all 1000 be easy if Seriously 3.0 is ridiculous (which it is)?
I doubt many people will get Seriously 3.0 legitimately unless Epic changes the requirements.
I wasn't aware that the only stereotype about black people is that they're criminals.
Because, ya know, there are no stereotypes about the "thug" black athlete, black people being of low intelligence, black people being loud and boisterous in public places, etc.
No, Cole is a perfect example of a stereotype. He may not have ALL the worst traits you'd expect from a stereotype of a black man, but that doesn't mean he's not a stereo...
I was going to say the same thing. I can't tell if it's the game or the recording.
So I'm guessing all these easter eggs are what Epic was busy doing in the months they had when the game was largely complete.
I approve of this use of time.
Each chapter will be 2 minutes long if Infinity Ward's last two games were anything to go by.
My thoughts exactly.
Plus the Playstation 3 logo is at the bottom at the end of the trailer/commercial. I don't think you'd be promoting a new console with the previous console's logo. If it were the Playstation 4, the Playstation and/or Sony logos would likely be the only ones to appear.
Exactly. The Gunstringer's fantastic, Fruit Ninja Kinect's fantastic, Dance Central's fantastic, Kinect Sports and Kinect Adventures are good, etc.
Kinect gaming isn't inherently bad. Cramming crappy ideas into a new medium just because it sells well, however, is.
Yeah, I don't get why people are so obsessed with what platform has the slightly better graphics. For a while now it's been a negligible difference when the PS3 version is better than the 360 or vice-versa.
Not like it's going to stop anyone from getting the game on their platform of choice, unless one version just looks terrible.
