To be fair, I think all the cloud based services are garbage. It just doesnt work for video games. From caps to lag, it's just not viable. But the industry needs to push forward and try to get as many adopters as possible. Maybe someday, but not now.
The game was funded with 6 million dollars. It probably got a little more from investors or whatnot. It is a complete game filled with a story, minigames, and nostalgia. It was made for the fans of a franchise long thought dead. It is the fruition of a mans passion to create a new experience that was cut short due to lack of funds. You will probably be disappointed if you wanted to see the next GTA, or red dead. However, you can experience one of the games that opened the door for those games...
Getting mine in the mail today! Ps4, so no crying about digital storefronts. Lol. It's awesome to have the shenmue collection, and soon, the entire numbered yakuza collection on the ps4!
