I think a ton of websites are realizing the rising popularity of video games and see the traffic game content brings to their pages.
What are you on about?
The majority of the attention is going to those <7 scores. I don't see much bashing on the 8 scores.
My advice is to just fully read the content of the reviews from the website you trust the most and don't look at the scores.
Scores just wrap it all up too nicely and are really not the best indicators if you'll enjoy the game or not.

What aspect of the voice acting do you think is mediocre?
I'm not hating, just simply asking you to expand your answer if you can.
Actually, Halo 4 is the first game where both voice actors voiced their lines back-to-back in the same room.
In all other Halos, they were done separately.
the mp is pretty great and reminds me much of halo 3. Well, the best of reach and halo 3, really.
the only gripe is that I want more playlists but I'm sure that will come over time.

The point is, and I mean no disrespect, but I don't think you fully understand the chief's and cortana's relationship intricacies and why it's transformed into what it is in Halo 4.

I disagree, I think both the gameplay and setting go hand in hand. Aside from games like bioshock and dishonored, I highly enjoy playing Halo games. You're basically free to do anything you want and it's this freedom that I most enjoy about the Halo series.

Even though I don't agree with the negatives, I respect the reviewer's opinion, but are those negatives really considerable enough to drop the score down to a low 5.5?? It's as if some of these reviewers acknowledge all the great and more positives, but do so while almost completely weighing the game with the less quantified and less game-changing negatives..
And I think the relationship between the chief and cortana makes sense if you played through the previous...
I'm glad to hear that the frame-rate issues from Reach are pretty much absent in Halo 4 and the cut-scenes are especially great.

I honestly think Halo 4 sports the best Halo story and has great characters.
That sense of awe from halo ce is also back- just looking up at the pillars from the sky for the first time as they move up and down (they even cast their own dark shadows on the clouds next to them).

I'd be freaked out if I was right under it, but then I'd notice the didact symbol and smile.
The thing I hate about some reviews is that if the reviewer finds some problems, it's an automatic <7 game to them. They forget about the rest of the good in the game and just plain concentrate on the bad.
I've never visited this website over, but they did a surprisingly detailed (and funny) and well-done video review. I'll have to visit this website more often.
I honestly think the best thing to do now is to just hold off this project for the ps4 for an amazing launch title.
But I'd still buy it if they released it for the ps3.
