and you've got to be blind to ignore all the terrible marketing campaigns ms has done in the past. the few bright spots are the marketing they do right. And you honestly don't think windows 7 is quality work along with their comprehensive tool-set that is office suite??

Well...I've got about a million other reasons you should play the game...but I see this is a piece on sarcasm.
The thing is, as someone mentioned above, there are just too many contradictory rumors for us to make sense of any of them and have something solid to go on.

I don't think ms have ever been shifty regarding their possible xbox 720 reveal date. At the start of the year, majornelson put a countdown on his website to e3 2013. And that's the last ms has commented regarding that.
I think it was just all these rumors from unoff...
Well, I haven't actually read through them all, but that does sound more down-to-earth and realistic.
Hopefully, all of this can be sorted out by e3 2013.
I fully agree with the number one choice.
Now, if only they can stick with the vision they have in that video. And the new blood working on the project should make for some nice changes, hopefully.

I don't believe xbox > ps because that's a subjective thing.
But I'm pretty darn confident that all of these xbox rumors will end up false.
In these matters, I feel you just need patience and not automatically dismiss products on rumors or the opinion of an employee.
