Oh they're done alright.
But why get $60 when you can get $100 for extra story DLC?
Can you elaborate on the chopping and spreading of content, please?
It's not saying that you can only play online with other online players
"Always online" means you need an internet connection, even for single player. No matter what you do, you need an internet connection.
It's not "multiplayer only" or an "MMO"... It just requires a connection to the internet at all times
I would cry giant man tears if this ever came true.
FFT is one of the very best video games ever made. It's a beautiful piece of modern art.
None of this will ever happen but I like it
Especially the MMO set in FF8
Holy crap I would enjoy the sh*t out of that game
The music, the setting, working your up the seed rankings...
I often wish I had bill gates' money...I would pay developers to make games (and anything really) for billions of dollars, more than their entire company is worth...to have them make my dream game (or movie, TV show, etc)
So you take a tiny coincidence and call it "3rd installment syndrome" ??
Riiiight
I think the game will be just fine. Arkham city was amazing. All they had to do was make it bigger and add some new features...and that's exactly what they did (and more).
I agree. I'm rather confused. This game has been announced for a long time. I didn't care about it at all.
Then I saw the recent trainers and I want to play it badly.
Am I missing something here?
Awesome hand to hand combat, customizable vehicle/weapon of mass destruction, giant open desert, giant forts...
What am I missing that everyone is complaining about?
You quit gaming because of people complaining on the internet?
That's...just ridiculous.
Yea...because their non FF titles are just sooooo amazing...
Reviving such an old franchise that would be a complete risk to put time and money into is highly unlikely.
Of course, I'd like this to happen too.
But to really get your hopes up or believe this will actually happen is insane.
Why would anybody in their right mind be worried about the batmobile?
Huh? This game is going to be a QTE fest.
Of course, that's never bothered me much.
But wow, the hypocrisy is grand.
Completely rip apart one game with QTE elements, then call another game which relies heavily on QTE's a possible breakout hit?
Y'all are actually insane.
Like I said, I don't mind QTE's so I'm excited for this game.
The hypocrisy here is insane.
Certain games are crucified by you guys for downgrades.
Other games you defend by saying it's ridiculous to be upset over a downgrade.
You obviously favor certain games over others and chance your stance accordingly.
It's rather embarrassing as a fellow gamer.
Eh. The Witcher, while fun, is pretty generic in most aspects. Not to mention its rather lackluster combat system and unoriginal art direction (and the myriad of bugs). I'd still give it to Bloodborne by far, but to each their own.
What will Sony do to cope?
Keep manufacturing ps4's and putting them on store shelves.
Since the trailers I've thought the combat looked cheap. Based on the responses here, I was right.
I love RPG's so I'm going to experience the game and surely enjoy it. But coming from Bloodborne, the fighting may be lackluster.
Still excited to go on the adventure.
Wasn't delayed enough, unfortunately.
Riddled with bugs. Looks pretty poor for a ps4 game (I'm not too big on graphics but still...). The fighting feels cheap. Definitely over hyped but will be a nice RPG experience once the bugs are fixed.
Or just buy it on the PlayStation store for the same exact price
Can someone confirm this?
I was going to play the remaster on ps3 but waited for ps4.
Should I just play the ps3 version instead?
You've clearly misunderstood the point of FF7 if you think the final battle is lackluster
It... Was... The... Entire... Point..
