Jeez. We're lucky to have this amazing game made for our enjoyment and people still complain about the tiniest things.
First of all, you have not played any 3rd person shooter elements in FFXV.
Second of all, there WAS third person shooter elements in the original build. It has already been confirmed you cannot switch characters and Prompto's third person shooting has been removed from the game.
It's funny that everyone is hating on the new direction of the game, when the original is the one with the 3rd person shooter elements.

I really think the Witcher 3 is being over hyped. Just looks like a beefed up version of Dragon Age.
Then again, Dragon Age did win game of the year...
But it didn't have much competition. I'd be shocked if the Witcher 3 won over the other releases this year.
Then again it's all speculation since these games aren't out yet. But with Bloodborne's near perfect scores, it's going to be hard to beat.

It's a demo of a game without a release date. The full battle system isn't even in the demo. The graphics engine is still going to go through 5 more updates before release.
Save your concerns for the actual release.
They used this game to unveil/present/sell the ps4 to America.
It has to have a western release or else we were lied to just to get us to buy a ps4.
