Shaking in there boots from what; The fact that there sales have increased, the fact that they have the best games, or the fact that they have all the momentum in the world while microsoft is struggling to regain there's. Natal is just a upgraded version of the eyetoy, and remeber kentic, that allowed you to do most of what Natal has shown. PS3 motion control "Gem" could add more ways to play games, but really the Wii has already captured a majority of people that would want to play this way. I really don't think sony or microsoft should try and take them on in that department, besides who other than casual gamers use motion control. I'll take a control in hand any day.
That's 2 goty's for Uncharted 2, x-play and vga's.

Ratchet and Clank are also fantastic games but platformers are not for everyon, if you enjoy them then R&C is one of the greatest ever made.
Crysis really, you may be the first person I've seen use Crysis as an example...KZ3 is currently just kind of talk, and really there has been nothing to show of it so we don't know anything about it, but we do know how good KZ2 looked and played, and so far Halo:Reach does not live up to it, but you are right the game is not finished and if it is coming out at the end of next year then they have time to improve it. I would like to see actual game play footage, once people see that we'll know...
Brink looked interesting, but not as good as KZ2. I've been watching x-play and they have been showing tons of footage of Brink...it is still awile away so maybe by the time it comes out you will be right. I also agree that it's a good thing when some comes out and raises the bar, we can't just be happy with what they put out it's up to us gamers to make them improve what there doing.
Killzone 2 was almost exactly what they showed at the e3 press conference, witch finally made people start to take the PS3 seriously, and it also had tons of game journalist on the apologizing train...Stating that they were wrong about sony. If they change the game play the Halo Fans won't like it. The graphics as seen in the trailer at the vga's were not an improvement so the answer is no they will not make any improvements in the game. I imagine that the single player or campaign will only clock in at 4 to 5 hours and then there will be multiplayer(firefight included)
Put up all the numbers you want, and spout out all the trash you want. It is apperantely ok to bash sony, playstation, and the droids, but Then show me a 360 game that looks as good as Uncharted 2, or has the action of KZ2, hell show me a 360 game that looks as good as KZ2. Seeing how well the first uncharted is selling hopefully the second one will continue to sell well for a couple of years. Really there are alot of people that are just now buying PS3's and have to play a backlog of great games.
Patchers numbers are always off. Uncharted 2 had have sold more than that or a hell of a lot of people that don't own the game still voted it to be GOTY.
Everyone that was banned or that had there 360 RRod had to rebuy one and in november they had some impressive deals. The MW2 bundle was a good deal, wal-mart had 100 dollar 360's, and on black friday best buy gave away 6 games with the 360 not good games but 6 free games non the less. The bots are in some serious denial right now. Easily one of the best looking games on a console are you for real. No it looks bad and it's not even game play footage. The game play will look slightly worse than that. The CGI trailer attempting to show off the power of the new engine did nothing to help microsoft. The trailer did not look as good as actual in game footage of KZ2, and was a farcry from uncharted 2. It looked like old footage it could easily have been ODST or Halo3, but the bots are out to defend it in force, but there arguments are without merit. The gaming industry is not dead, the 360 might be but the PS3 is gaining more and more momentum, and has tons of great exclusive games out now and the near future of 2010 is full of great PS3 games.
The real truth is this game did not look that great it could have easily been halo 3 or ODST. It basically is ODST but with spartan squads instead of shock troops. It might be a new engine but it's the same old hardware, and it shows since new games look basically the same as old games on the 360. PS3 games on the other hand just keep getting better and better as more people learn how to unlock it's full potential
Natal did not shock the world, and really it's a glorified eyetoy from the ps2 days. If anyone thinks that Natal or the "gem" is going to help either console sell more units then they are wrong. Wii has basically claimed the market of people who would want to play that way.
The only people who are excitied about Natal are the xbox fans, just like the only people interested in the gem are sony fans.
