How about a "Share Button" on the PC, talk and hand gestures, motion controls, AAA exclusive not found on a PC, innovating gameplay not available on PC, integrated video chatting without using a third party program, a social network based entirely on gaming on the console where you can watch videos and jump into the game instantly with your friends.

The tech in this game to be looks pretty next gen to me but its only meant to show off the physics engine so I guess it doesn't count but I got a good 3 hours out of this boring ass demo just playin with the realtime mud/water/everything physics.

Pc is what your next gen Is based on.
The only problem with pc is its sheer power. Console developers who have now become the main, for reasons involving money, do not put in the advanced effects until consoles can at least handle a lesser version of them.
The problem now is that even low end pc setups aren't being taxed but when the games from more console oriented developers start multiplating in pc you ...
something tells me we've just seen our first xbox 720 game or techdemo screenshot.
That is what I think. could be wrong but images like that don't create themselves and unless a source is found I would be willing to bet that that is a direct screenshot from a techdemo or a game.
the whole image strikes me as a realtime render from an engine I don't recognize. :)
