Sony doesn’t need anything. It will crush Xbox again. It’s a worldwide product. Xbox only sells in North America and maybe the UK.
With that said, Microsoft doesn’t need to outsell Sony in consoles, they just need to get people to buy into gamepass in droves. If they pump out quality content, then they can succeed next gen

Sony will be fine. They’ve shown no signs of slowing. They bought insomniac, doubled down on big AAA action games and are preparing their cloud answer to Microsoft and google.

Remember those spots are dollars not sales. Nintendo is known to never drop the prices of their games, so lots of games 2-3 years old are still $60.

As long as the game quality is not compromised, then it’s all good.
However, gears microtransactions are horribly overpriced and need to be fixed.
