He never said anything about kinect being better or anything like that. Jeez, everybody needs to just chill. Even if you don't agree with his opinion, he does make one very point.

"I am looking at this from a sales point of view and it dose not look good for anyone who has not got a ps3 to justify why they should spend nearly £400 to get a ps3 and move when they can get a wii for £180 or 360 with Kinect for £250 yes they may not be as good as move but ...

i know quite a few non-gamers that suddenly took an interest when motion control was announced for tiger woods on the wii back in the day. sure they bought the wii for their kids, but they'll buy tiger woods every year for themselves. There just might be some people who intend to pick up the move for some hd golf goodness, who knows. Maybe next year's offering will be better since it'll be built specifically for the move instead of support being tacked on via update.

in the heat of an intense firefight, i think more people will probably ditch the move for a controller, but i could be wrong. Nintendo's wheel is functional for playing mario kart, but when the heated racing starts online, you don't see too many people using it. they tend to opt for a traditional controller. we'll just have to wait and see.

lol, i was thinking the same thing. seriously though, this game is gonna produce many half-naked "wii fit girl" vids on the net. Can't wait!

exactly what i was getting at.

your comment is probably one of the smartest things i've read on this site recently. i'm currently in school trying to get my ccna cert., and what you say is true. given enough time, any tech can be exploited.

on a different note, what i find interesting is that sony chose to go to court first on this. if it were so easy for them to smack this down with a firmware update, why bother with litigation?

even if this game only turns out to be decent and not great, you can bet your ass ea will find some way to make something like this with fight night. personally, i hope this works out, it could end up being some of the greatest stress relief ever.

wow, the greatest achievement ever! to whom ever did this, i thank you. you've made my night.

funner? really? wow, your whole statement fails on so many levels i don't even know where to begin. hell, i'm not even sure you can call that drivel a statement. one thing it is, is damn funny. sorry, meant funner. wow, lmfao!

armor lock is also great for dispatching fools that like to rush in and melee. lure them in, when they commit to the melee, lock it down. it removes their shield when they strike your overcharged shield. pop back up and melee them. works every time. by the way, love the screen name, i too am on the pswii60 plan too.

I think to fully realize this it would take more computing power than the current 360 can afford.

although i disagree with this statement, i'll still vote to bubble up cause you realize its the software that has issues, not the device, i.e. kinect. Honestly, computational power is wasted in game consoles. We're talking about cpu's that are used to run servers that run multiple applications for multiple users at once, but in a console they're only asked to r...

e3 is nothing more than a dog and pony show for the gaming press. It's really intended to get investors interested in backing various projects on display there, not evaluate the functionality or performance of hardware or software for that matter. Live demos are always a bit of a gamble cause you never know what could happen. There could be environmental issues to deal with or unexpected situations that could affect a demo. Besides, the purpose of the demo is to expose the public to it, g...

So many people are caught up in the now and not thinking about the future, and by that I mean near future. Just like any new input device, it takes time for people to figure out what works and what doesn't. Look at any unique input device in its infancy and you will see a piece of hardware that started out awkwardly, but ultimately succeeded in some way once it was understood how to properly use it. Kinect will be no different. It's a piece of hardware being run by software. The prob...

Don't get me wrong, the ps3 is an awesome piece of hardware, but it was outdated the day it was released as was the 360. Tech evolves at an incredible rate. There are pc gaming rigs out there today that make consoles look down right silly, so to say that current hardware like the ps3 will be on par visually with the next gen is ridiculously ignorant. Sure Microsoft and Nintendo might be the first to release next gen consoles ahead of sony next round, but I'm not really sure how much t...

if dice is using the same destructable cover mechanic from bfbc2, there's gonna be a lot of unhappy campers watching the respawn screen a lot. i can't wait for this game. so sick of the "camp-a-thon" mw2 has become because of the killstreak bonuses.

just trying to save some others from experiencing the same frustrating experiences that i had with killzone1. i do intend to play the killzone2 demo, maybe it'll change my mind about making the purchase or not.

read the back-story on the official website, don't play killzone1 for it. i made the mistake of playing killzone1 after becoming interested in the series due to the impressive killzone2 footage all over the net. it completely ruined that warm fuzzy feeling that i was starting to develop for killzone2. killzone1 feels rushed and sloppy. the game is riddled with glitches, slow controls, excessive texture pop-in, erratic hit-box detection, etc. i'm sure that these issues won't plague killzone2, ...
