I'm sure for PC games the number of ppl w/out internet is a lot lower than the number of ppl pirating games. We know 30 million Steam users have internet. Just getting 15% of just steam users to buy my games every time out is 4.5 Million units sold.
Every system can be hacked but if you make it hard enough then the average joe won't wanna fool with it or at least take a hacker longer to crack it. Games are being crack...
With Boot Camp and Steam Mac gaming is the same as PC gaming. I think the last barrier is the GPU's as MAcs require special GPU's. Between AMD and Nvidia they usually only get 4 choices of super expensive Gpu's. Example a HD 5870 MAc version is $449 the PC version is $234
If they would change this so Macs could use the same standard GPU's then this would inspire upgrading and make Macs more friendly.
Sure Call of Duty is the new game everyone loves to hate but COD 1 2 and MW1 are still excellent classic titles. Battlefield has been a class act since BF 1942.
to me these games offer two distinct playing types and appeal to different gamers. BF has appealed to it's core audience and has maintained that quality throughout the series. COD went from core to arcade/casual but hey ppl love it so let it be.

The Wii is totally free! If you have a gaming PC the Wii and all it's games are FREE. Funny how the Wii has out sold the 360 and PS3 even though it's like totally free.

The leak is the Beta not the Gold disc. Actually i don't even think Crysis 2 has gone gold yet so it's really not an issue. Plus it's PC so no masterkey.

When I said enable higher graphics settings and DX10 in the CONSOLE I meant enable it on the PC version in the CONSOLE (Tilda key ~) NOT console as in PS3 and 360.

actually I just finished playing Blue Shift and Opposing Force a few days ago and a message for the editor.... Decay is also on the PC thanks to modders.

Piracy in one form or another is on ALL platforms. In the case of Crysis 2...How the hell did the game leave the EA facilities? I'm sure no geek broke into EA and stole it.
