That's because Hackers have already ditched it for them. Ubisofts attempt at DRM have all been meet with hatred from the consumers and with extreme prejudice from the hackers. Ubisoft has wasted a lot of money on DRM's which have all been beaten, some even before release.
Ubisoft's best bet is to make higher quality games and release them on Steam.

Put Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl on that DAM list. It's the best Open world FPS/Rpg ever.
If your a PC gamer or just a person with a PC capable of playing low graphics game I suggest you pick this title up. It's really scary and a something different from the throngs of FPS being made every twenty minutes.

This is not a very good list. Most of these games are basically console games anyway that are not known for super duper graphics or complex strategic game play that requires function keys.
Now Battlefield 3 and Crysis 2 will be enjoyed best on the PC. BF3 64 player maps where as the console is 24 and with rumors of toned down destructibility as well.
Crysis 2 has faster game play with KB/M and we all know the graphics will burn your eyes out on the PC but...

The thought of exclusives is going away unfortunately. Publishers want to maximize cash flow so they are going multi-plat which makes sense business wise.
As a PC gamer I only get upset about multi-plats when.....
A. it's just a mindless arcade game that is dumbed down and not up to the strategic level of PC gamers
B. it's a horrible console port that doesn't utilize the bleeding edge tech and power of the PC

Yeh this is why PC gaming is so dam good. The support, innovation, and pure fun of Team Fortress 2 is unmatched. with over 100 updates the game keeps evolving and getting better.
it's almost a new experience every week plus gamers can make stuff and sell it in the store for real money. some gamers have made over $25K. Plus the actual Valve developers play this online a lot. (this is why HL2 Ep3 is taking so long) :)
