good luck gathering a family of four to watch movies on that thing. not saying its bad, but just really small, and with the technology, you have to look at it straight on to see the effect, so only one person can enjoy it at a time. ithink 3d is one of those things meant to be enjoyed by multiple people, kinda like "hey! did you just see that!" with 3ds, everyonoe else is like, "no. . . people have shown them time and time again that they dont really care about the quality of the 360 hardware, as they continually buy the product despite its failure rate. why spend money on addtional research and development to fix issues when 30 million plus people will buy it regardless

but since the ps3 is the first console to utilize it (only played with shutter glasses on pc personally, correct me if i'm wrong) but i figured sony would do something to protect it from the competition to use it as a selling point for the ps3

but how do any of us know what problems it DOES have? its only been out for a very short time. not long enough to condemn or defend it
parallax screens that show depth (like 3ds) and stereoscopic 3d like ps3 will do, or like you see in the movies. you cannot compare the two. shit doesnt "jump out" of the 3ds screen so much as show depth. stereoscopic glasses effect is the "come out of the screen" stuff. very different.
before i type this, im not flaming. i could care less what anyone buys with their money, or enjoy in the privacy of their own home, but all the slim has as opposed to the old box is integrated wi-fi, and it doesn't cook itself, oh and bigger hardrive. if these are the things that make "best hardware" of e3, then shouldn't ps3 have won best hardware at every e3 since it came out?
