320x240 resolution. take video of yourself at that rez and tell me how many fingers you see. . .
will be cleaned up over time as the software gets better.
the camera has to detect your movements, then send the data to the 360, and this is even before the game gets ahold of the data to process it. its not necessarily a bad thing, but it is how it is.
but all i can think about is when you get back with your drink and 4 deathclaws are tearing you up
EDIT unless it has auto vats where it would automatically enter vats upon meeting an enemy.
that plays video games. . . oh wait. . .
seriously, though, games are fun. all games. not just ps3 ones, or xbox ones, just games in general. thats what being a gamer is all about.
you have fun with all that!
mouse and keyboard is better than controller, but keyboard has a ton of buttons, i was just using controller to give kinect benefit of the doubt. youre gaining motion with kinect, but youre losing analog sticks, triggers, etc, it seems like a total step back, unless youre playing wii sports.
EDIT microsoft is marketing it as controllerless. even in tandem, any function mapped to kinect was already on the controller. would you take your hand from the controller to throw a grenad...
why wouldnt you just want to use the controller, which IMHO sounds way less complicated than "dead boxes" and holding half a controller. if you already have a controller in your hand, just play with that. seriously, read your post over again. would you pay 150 bucks to do that vs traditional controls?
EDIT what about circle strafing? reloading? ironsights? all which can be done on cntroller you already have. think of how many buttons are on controller. you would hav...
i think the trees are only there so you can drive past them, so dont worry.
you have nunchuk's analog stick to move, then pointer to aim. how would you move about in a 3d space with no analog?
like the macy's thing. does macy's even sell xboxes? here! look at our product we're advertising in a store where you cant buy it!
and streaming is fine. its never cut me out of a movie
for real. been on there for quite a while now
can t fit in your pocket, though. and when were handhelds 70 bucks? i dont think ive ever paid less than 100 bucks at launch for any handheld, and i have them all.
Yamaoka's tunes.
i can only speak for myself, but i like playing "good" games as well as great ones. i'll buy you, mafia 2! im not expecting a AAA blockbuster
keyboard and mouse support on console, it would be a mess control-wise
but i cant sit comfortably on my couch and play my wii, i have to get closer so that the trash sensor bar reads the controller, and it jitters like crazy until i move closer. the pseye can track the ball wherever it goes all the time. i dont really plan on getting move, but i thought the tech was a major improvement over the wii. the wii sensor bar has two LED's to track pointing. even time crisis on ps3 came with a sensor bar that blew away the wii one, and its only for one game. it...
you say you would have to "re-buy" the game, but that implies that you "bought" it in the first place. sony needs a hook to keep people coming back. i like this much better than the competition's solution, which holds parts of games i paid retail 60 bucks for if i dont pay up. the only thing sony takes from you are things you never paid for in the first place
it could come on a blank disc and still be better than the first one
