but number two sucks. they can leave that crap off.
sucks
controller. i hear its a bit more precise, too
has been out for something like 30 years. i dont think its gonna be gone in a year
steering, accelerating, braking, customization, varied tracks, good multiplayer support, and general tightness in controls for racing games are all overrated. Kinect FTW! /s
Msoft "kinected" it to your wallet
and ive never been dissapointed unless the game sucked. the xbox may run them better, just like last gen, but i played mostly ps2 then just as i play ps3 now. you make it sound like the games arent playable, but in reality there s absolutely nothing wrong with any of the games. i happy for you that you get to run your games on a "slightly" higher setting, but dont act as if the ps3 cant do those games. and lets not forget games like RDR on ps3 still run at the same resolution as...
all these are "linear shooters" as you put it. dont you think i would be selling these titles short by looking at them and saying "meh, linear shooters all suck! move along"
i'd rather buy a huge nine barrier parallax tv for a rediculous amount of money than buy a 100 pair of shutter glasses
sounds really cool, but i doubt kinect can pull off a realistic experience. oh, and grappling air would suck. . .
so i can ensure ps3 backwards compatiblility
you wouldnt know her. . .
i know alot of people who didnt like it, its kind of niche, but its nowhere near bad game territory. i dont like halo, but im not gonna call it a "shit" game, because its not. its just not my thing
are waiting for that killer app that makes them want it. it would make sense that people who arent sold on it yet read the articles. if you already are gonna get it, why read all the articles tryingf to sell it to you
it has more to do with the software they showed. now if kinect will be a success (which it most likely will), and it will get "better and better" and carry over intothe next gen, right now its the most expensive it will ever be, and has the smallest amount of software availiable for it. wouldnt it make more sense to wait until A: it has a wider variety of games for it, and B: its cheaper. it doesnt always have to be fanboy nonsense. im not the biggets fan of 360, but im a gamer ...
any command or action that is mapped to kinect can be done easier and quicker with a controller.
but here on earth, bayonetta was a fantastic game.
"gears for kinect in 18 months" it wouldve been front page material, but its like they said, "random games coming sometime"
but scenes like "the bear" require really quick analog stick movement and button presses. the 150 - 200 ms lag would ruin the experience.
that way you can play at least in 720p, and get the extra content. makes sense.
