Plenty of games glorify violence against men. I am an equal opportunity kind of guy. I think it would be unfair if we didn't have a few that glorified violence against women. I mean, we do want things to be equal between the sexes don't we?
A game that costs $60 today is the same as a game that cost $30 20 years ago. Games are no more expensive today than they were in the NES era.
It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile. Winning is winning.
The legal document on Justia.com proves otherwise. Just scroll down to page 22.
I for one don't really care if Sony monitors everything I do on my PS3, especially if I am connected to their private network. I don't have anything to hide.
You know privacy is actually a relatively new concept. Towns were once too small for people to keep secrets.
"Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."

He probably paid for the trip with the money people donated to his Paypal account for legal fees.
Edit: Baka-akaB beat me to it.
As Xander stated above, the score is actually 7.5. Bloodmask made a mistake.
Expectation is the leading cause of disappointment.
Having responsibilities gives you better things to worry about. Complaining about having to wait a few hours to play a game is making a mountain out of a mole hill.
Oh cry me a river. If having to wait until 10am to play a game is a big issue for you then you clearly don't have enough responsibilities in life.
That is a sensationalist title. The fact is that the credit card fraud really had nothing to do with playing on the Xbox, and everything to do with a 14 year old kid being an idiot.
By the age of 14 you should have enough sense to keep your password to yourself.
Also, I love the part of the article about Microsoft not giving the family a solution. It is not Microsoft's fault. Why should they offer a solution?
I am all for the fair treatment of women. I believe females should be able to play a game without being harassed. However, as a male I encounter just as many idiots online. Idiots will always be idiots and no amount of complaining will ever change that. When I encounter immature people online I just mute them and move on. I do that because I put my big boy pants on in the morning. If you are being harassed as a female just put your big girl pants on, use the mute function, and move on. That i...
Refurbished does not necessarily mean the machine was broken. It just means that it was returned to factory standards after being previously owned. If they do nothing more than buff out minor scratches from the case it is still refurbished.
It is hardly robbery. Consumers vote with their wallets, and by purchasing the DLC people are basically telling Bethesda that horse armor is something they want. Can you really fault a developer for giving it's customers what they want?
If people simply chose not to purchase the content then developers would get the message. Consumers only have themselves to blame. No one forced them to buy it.
If you did not purchase the content then nothing has been tak...
Raiden is a god. Killing gods is basically a full time job for Kratos. It is just what he does. Also, I am not entirely sure that Kratos even has a soul for Shang Tsung to steal, what with his multiple escapes from the underworld and all.
I would definitely like to see Cross game chat, universal invites, an improved web browser, PSN ID change, and Automatic trophy synch (although I don't mind manually doing it at the end of the night).
I don't care about having a Facebook app or Gmail integration. I also couldn't care less about having a Move-friendly UI.
I have a 60GB model so I am indifferent about PS2 B/C. Actually I really don't care about that either because I have had fu...
I figure Europe probably makes up the majority of the MotorStorm fanbase. Why delay releasing a game to the largest group of fans just because it is postponed in the region containing the smallest group of fans?
I understand that the apocalypse setting might be upsetting to people who are dealing with an earthquake tragedy, and I understand SCEJ's decision to postpone the game there, but there is no point in delaying it in EU.
You do not own the right to use the software. You are granted a (revocable) license to use the software provided that you adhere to their terms of service.
That is untrue. There does not have to be 100% evidence. There only has to be evidence that constitutes reasonable doubt. The operative word here is "reasonable".
Reasonable doubt is the burden of proof in criminal cases. Civil cases require less. That is why OJ Simpson lost his civil case after being acquitted in his criminal trial.
Do you believe that Hotz's "I didn't know SCEA existed" defense constitutes reasonable doubt?
