C'mon man... That's like convoluted Scooby Doo level criminality.

Or we can just go with the more reasonable thing.

He simply got hacked then upon further investigation some questionable though probably not illegal things showed up.

I mean people make youtube videos about how the moon landing was fake and all sorts of other crazy things, that doesn't make them true.

Doesn't that seem just a little tin foil hat to you?

I mean if he was trying to cover up some sort of scam why would he post all the evidence on the internet?

What did Fish have to gain by hacking himself?

I feel bad for the retailers who were suckered into buying these things which will just sit on/in already crowded Japanese shelves and stockrooms.

I had the PS3 version of this game, was fun. I'd enjoy newer more fleshed out version of the game.

On VGchartz it's nearly 2:1 in North America. Which pretty much means in reality it's greater than 2:1.

As for the rest of what you said.

Yes it will sell more units when it's released in more countries. But the reality is, it's extremely unlikely to stop the PS4 from selling 3:1 more units world wide due to the fact that the gap between the two in monthly units sold is increasing. And it's increasing more than the ...

He had absolutely nothing to do with that at all...

You should check your facts before saying things like this.

Well that's kind of subjective.

The truth is they sell CPU's that run at lower than max tolerance so the CPU's are much less likely to fail.

Also not all CPU's can overclock the same, you could buy a 4 ghz processor that only overclocks to 4.1 ghz or you could get the same type of chip but be able to OC it to 5 ghz easily.

The average chip would be in the middle.

I look forward to the day when AMD holds a 50% share of both the CPU and GPU market. Nvidia and Intel need more competition in the worst possible way.

I also dream of the day when Linux or any open source OS can break the lock Microsoft is using to hold back and price gouge the industry.

Computing could be so much better than it is now...

I haven't bought an EA game since Mass Effect 2. I don't care if people call me a tool or a hipster or anything else.

I wear my non-support of EA like a fricking badge and i'm proud of it.

I look forward to not playing due to it not being localized.

You can get beta copies or pre-release keys for retail. Also it's not like they can't mail a disk or a key when the game is released.

Honest Question: Did you get money or free copies of the game or other forms of payment for writing this?

This attitude is the reason why these obnoxious things keep getting added to games.

Yes, what you say is exactly true.

I agree completely.

So, your happy that they removed a ton of features and pretty much just re-skinned the game and changed the order and names of the techs and units?

I mean it's the same as Civ V but with stuff removed to sell as DLC.

And the things people said about Civ 4 were correct... they stripped that game then resold the stripped content as expansions. At least with Civ 4 to 5 they changed the tile layout to a hex and removed unit stacking. There is basically no m...

I have been looking forward to this, but to be honest it just looks like a stripped down re-skin of Civ V. I was really hoping for something more unique.

You'd think it would destroy them... But there is a new generation of gamers that have been programmed to accept this, they have basically never bought a game without DLC. And it's a situation where it's pretty much 100% profit so if even one person buys it they make money.

Microsoft pays more for advertising. The sites that write those articles aren't doing it for love of the game, there doing it for CPM.

Well, my concern is that after they get enough player base they start raising the rates and/or adding tiers as well as only offering their games on the service and using it as a DRM.
