Im sure you will get alot of disagrees. On this site...you cant say ANYTHING bad about a PS3 game...even if what your saying is true.
I havent gotten far with the game. I did not know that enemies cannot see Ellie or Tess at times.
In my opinion....I would have liked to have the option to turn that on or off. I am not surprised that no one has used the LAZY dev comment that some like to throw around.

There are 3 games that have my interest.
Me and my friend are thinking the same thing. We are in the minority Im afraid as the negatives are overshadowing the positive.
They have a feature called Twitch (I think thats the name) that if it works as they say is pretty cool. From what I saw its a way for tons of gamers to watch game matches (lets say like Madden) and comment and converse like a live party.
The whole Kinect is watching you seems funny. Paranoid much !
And what rights am I giving up??
For me....the list of negatives dont bother me...but I can see how it would turn some off.
BUT I will have to say that on this site. That even if MS didnt have these negatives. That some would still find some reason NOT to get a X1.

The XBOX one is not DEAD.
It seems to me that the negs are being blown out of proportion. AND on top of that...they can be adjusted by the company if they feel it is indeed hurting more then helping them.
Me...I am interested in the other features it offers outside of gaming.

I feel that this game will be like what Fight Night (forgot which number) was for the xbox360 and PS3. Meaning....a great LOOKING game but thats about it.
This may be that game you put on to show off the power of the system. EYE CANDY comes to mind. Great looking but very easy to play...can probaby beat it in no time lol.
the question I have is....where does it state that the xbox one won't work if it's nit hooked up to the internet?
people seem to be jumping to the conclusion that these 24 checks means that if I unplug from the internet then the x one will not work. such as playing a single player game.
my systems are always connected...as I'm sure many others are. so I ask...why is this a issue?

As long as they UP the player count to match PC im good. The battlefield feels empty on consoles.
Im sure there is alot of pressure on them (Bungie). Its one thing to create something that turns into a HUGE success.
Its another to create something that HAS to be a success because there is so much riding on it.

Nintendo one upped the competition with the Wii hands down SALES wise. But can the WiiU do the same??

I have both systems at the moment. Been a XBL member for 10 years. Do I feel ripped off....nope.
Both XBL and PSN have the pluses and minuses. At this point in life. I can afford the fee.
Next gen....I will sit back and see what Sony and MS come up with.
If I had to BET....Sony will figure out a way to charge for there online service. Thats just my opinion. I cant see them NOT figuring out a way to do what MS is doing.
I myself consider myself a gamer. And I havent really looked into exactly what the WiiU can do.
So for the casual....what is going to drive them to buy a WiiU??
If anything they may think its a add-on for the Wii. And think im not buying a add-on to my dust collecting Wii.

You cant really compare reporting news to a game review.
If something happens in the world the NEWS is there to tell you what happened. "Thats all" now if you want an opinion based news...there are radio, podcasts etc for that.

I myself agree with what you said earlier...simply find a reviewer who matches what you like and just read there reviews.
Im not into arcade racers so if I reviewed a new arcade racer game...my score most likely would be lower based on personal preference.
Movie critics...I usually agree with alot of Eberts reviews...I remember reading his review for the movie "Torque" he gave it a good review. HE basically took the movie for what it was ... and gav...
We all SHOULD know that certain games are for the single player or the multiplayer.
Halo 4...has a solid story behind it that all connects so I see alot of ppl playing the SP as well as the MP.
COD games....I myself and im sure millions of others...skip SP all together and go right to the MP.
You have to know what your buying ahead of time. I would NEVER buy a Halo or COD if all I wanted to play was the SP....that would be a waste of $60 <...
I havent purchased a COD game since....World at War. I may pick this one up.
I myself loved the demo. I rented last years game.
I like the controls much better. Just have to have more time to get used to it.
Not sure why the writer didnt see much difference from this year to last. The controls alone are a change.
I used to hate trying to steal and my player lunging forward and being uncontrollable.
The players have more weight to them...running with a player like Lebron...you can feel you can run some...
