I don't know if the 100k includes the PS2, but considering Microsoft discontinued the original Xbox, I count PS2 sales as loyal fans of the Sony brand in gaming.
It's amazing what people will do to avoid buying an Xbox.

There's no excuse for poor menus. None. Streamline the information in such a way that the game becomes totally accessible.
