well, its not just the UK, all of Europe is like this... atleast most.
its even worse here in Norway....
the only year they didn't release anything was in 2002. except that year they have released at-least one game or piece of content each year.
every game they release runs great, have good soundtrack and alot of character to it.
yes they haven't released the new Half-Life yet, but they have released alot of great games since then.
not to mention all the progress they have been making with PC gaming in general.
the unreal engine already supports Nvidia Physx witch already have tearing in cloth and plastic.
ofc it can be improved on...
well Platinum have already released MGR on PC aswell tho.....
really hope they bring Bayonetta too us, its never to late.

1. how can a 100-400 person team stand a chance over a few thousand people modding your game.
2. Dev limit everything about the game to make it "runnable", modders does not.
who cares about gens? if its not on the PC it cant get modded. and Modders will always be better than any Dev no matter how well they make it.
the combat is fair. and there is alot of mods that make it alot better..... dont talk about shit you dont know about.
the particle system and havoc system is already in place.... alot of mods use it.
open cities mod makes the cities open without loading already.....
magic crafting is also a mod now.
and noone want fing Steampunk in their TES games...
even a GTX 580 can run this.... its not that demanding.....
also, the smart gun need 3 locks to lock on to a pilot over a normal grunt....
bad list IMO, nothing to really write about.
nothing really new on the list, and recommending membrane keyboards and standard 360 controllers is just a bad sign it self.
why would any gamer EVER get a membrane keyboard in this day and age? Cherry Red Switches FTW! :D
the Razer mouse is fine i guess.... if you like to change your playstyle all the time, rather just have 17 buttons on mine in the shape of the Razer Naga Epic...
Gaming Headsets suck in audio quality and build quality, rather take a cheap Sennheiser headset with better quality really.
and one the 360 pad...... would be better off with a razer con...
cant agree more, boring is the word. ok. i love the lore in the game. and they do a great job using that lore. the enviorments looks good and detailed in little small things, witch is great.
but yet, the game feel lifeless in so many ways.
and its sad really as the voice acting is really good aswell.
there is just nothing that grabs you in the game.
been a part of the last 4 beta weekends and have a few higher level characters.
the game is boring and bland. not worth that high monthly price....
yes it feels alot like an elder scrolls game, but it feels like a really low budget elder scrolls game...
as a payable game, its a meh...

free to play is done right in many games. the only thing they need to stay away from is making things unplayable without paying.
game like TF2, and Dota 2 is free to play. there is no problems with it. all DLC is just looks mostly (TF2).
there is nothing wrong with FTP if its done right. SWTOR and many other MMO's does it well with FTP. tho not everyone is not paytowin tho.

the sad part about this comment is that the PC platform releases more games every month, and alot more games than what MS and Sony is releasing on their machines.
just this week there have been released 18 games and they all are pretty good at what they do.
only sad part about releasing so many games all the time, is that the great games dont get to stay on the frontpage for very long.
and there is hundreds of indie games that get released every month outside ...
