actually its not that outdated. yes in the textures and filter parts of it. but there is alot of mods that make great use of that tho. the engine, gameplay and story really olds up to most FPS games out there today and is better in many many ways than one.

Half-Life is a PC title and plays best on PC. alot of his points is not valid at all on the PC platform
and i dont see anyone that hates on the CS shooting mechanics...

windows 8 really isnt that bad dude..... been using since it came out and i feel like i have no problems with it. its faster, it syncs up your accounts, better multicore usage and ram usage.
all you really need it Start8 and maybe Fences and you are good to go :D
dont miss windows 7 one bit really.
Edit:@ninjahunter: 8.1 is already out.... you have to download it as an app and not an update tho, kinda weird.
let hope they do the hole steamworks deal like they did with Batman when they removed the GFWL stuff. same goes for Fallout 3 aswell :D
price dont matter that much if the quality is there. thats why people like the Razer products.
how i love my Razer Naga Epic.... yes its a 150USD mouse but i cant game without it anymore :D not to mention a 40USD mousepad :D
