You'd think that logic would of applied to the XB1 titles, but that certainly didn't happen.
Sony lied to us about how a game looks, my word, this has never happened before!?
>Killzone 2
Seriously, it's getting to the point where I can't trust anything I see at E3. Only company that seems to tell the truth these days is Nintendo.
I'd go with the 900p option with FXAA and 60 FPS locked hopefully when fully optmized.
I'd rather they fix the FPS and screen tearing issues at 792p first before raising the resolution.
Sweet as, been playing on Japan West Servers so far and it's been pretty lagless, but Auzzie servers is going to be even better, can't wait!
When it's multiple accounts that were just created and have only rated Titanfall 0, pretty clearly it's a troll/fanboy.
Read some of the user reviews for Titanfall, people are making new accounts and giving it 1 star, looks like mostly Sony and Nintendo fanboys, absolutely pathetic. If you hate a game because its on another system, sorry, you aren't a gamer.
Oculus Rift will be the king of VR headsets, John Carmack on board as well, cannot wait for the final product!
I played TF Beta on American Servers and honestly didn't notice any lag at all, hit detection was spot on but I read that the Azure servers will be built by the end of 2014 in Sydney and Melbourne.
LMAO, wow, considering I was an Oculus Rift Dev Kit tester and did quite a bit of programming with it, I think I know what I'm talking about. 3D halfs performance, there's no way around it as 3D displays two images requiring double the processing power. In order for VR to work, you need to 3D. I'd love to know where you got your 2 - 3% figure, it sounds like you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
But yes, I'm an Xbox troll, I forgot Oculus...
Yes, 3D does half the performance of any game and in order to perform VR, 3D is essential and considering 60 FPS is essential for VR, I'm not entirely sure how VR will work on limited hardware (e.g. Console) considering these new consoles can barely reach 1080p 60 FPS as it stands.
If Sony's VR headset drops to a 720p display to reach 60 FPS, I won't even bother with it. The Oculus Rift Dev Kit was 720p and you could see every pixel, it needs to be 1080p.
Still not sure how VR headsets will work on a console, at least with AAA games, the hardware simply isn't powerful enough as 3D halfs performance. With Indie games I could see it working, but still not 100% convinced.

lol Titanfall is mad overhyped, just like every game these days, just this news article is such a reach for negative news on Titanfall. Just N4G being N4G.
The reach for any sort of negative news on Titanfall is hilarious.
Lost Odyssey 2, Phantom Dust and Platnium Games New IP is my guess.
It's not that simple. DirectX only works on Windows OS based platforms and Playstation certainly isn't built on Windows OS, not to mention DX12 will require certain hardware and I don't think Sony would of built the PS4 with DX12 in mind as only Microsoft would of known about it. Even if they updated OpenGL with DX12 features, the PS4's custom OpenGL API wouldn't use these features.
So should we point out all SP only games for not having a MP?
@MonkeyDzore
So you're saying MP games don't have as much replayabilty as SP games... Guess all those PC gamers still playing TF2, Quake, CS, DOTA, League, CoD4, Warcraft 3, WoW aren't still playing these games right... RIGHT?!
Oh a new IP would be glorious as well but secretly I pray for Banjo 3 :)
Of course, I'm not disputing that, I'm saying it's pretty clear Infamous SS was downgraded as well, just look at the difference. My point was, why didn't his logic that's being applied here not be applied for the XB1 titles?
Are you kidding, look at the difference between in the last picture. Shadows in his face are gone, textures from his clothes is gone, just look at the beanies, a complete downgrade. This is 100% a downgrade and it's not a suprise....
