im glad they did. Imagine if microsoft and sony based their consoles completely around motion controls, like the wii. Last gen would have been awful.

nintendo is full of "yes man" executives and surrounded by "yes man" fans. This is why they are so out of touch, with the console market. The people damage controlling for them here and hyping the NX are part of the problem. Enablers.

Once the NX is announced, these people wont be calling ninteno out on what's wrong with it (like people did with the X1 and PS4) and problems will not be adressed. And the NX will flop.

Pewdiepie is awful unfunny and possibly the most unbearable youtuber I have ever encountered (chris chan is more watchable) but his audience is far worse. He disabled comments on his videos because his OWN FANS (not his detractors) were so obnoxious and insufferable.

And that is because he appeals to the most juvenile and braindead audience on the planet who are too young and ignorant to know that there is infinitely better content out there.

Just because the wii u failed to meet expectations, you cant just immediately rush out a new console and expect people to go with it. The industry doesnt work that way. Nintendo is rushing their home console business into a coffin

I agree, though if they made an open world last of us, that would be pretty damn ambitious. It could be Naughty Dog's GTA.

Of course, an giant, badass Jak and daxter game could also be Naughty Dog's GTA

Everyone complaining about this kickstarter are morons. If you donate 29 dollars you get the full game when it comes out. So how the hell are gamers being ripped off?

hardcore gamers who like to buy all new systems will. Hardcore nintendo fans will. But that is not going to ammount to anything more than the wii u had. In fact, I think there will be alot of people who bought the wii u who arent going to give the NX the benefit of the doubt

Its really sad that we have to be speculating and trying to get hyped up for DLC for levels that were already in the other games at launch

I was playing battlefront 2 on galactic conquest the other day and it really reminded me how little content we get for our dollar these days, how utterly pathetic this new battlefront game is in comparison to what BF2 offered.

Alot of us were so wrapped up in wanting a BF3 for so long, we forgot that the game we had been playing for 10 years is already vastly superior to anything that EA and Dice are going to put out.

It is both too early and too late for the NX. Gamers are already invested in PS4 and Xbox One. A nintendo console launching midway through the gen is not going to entice people.
