Sweet!
It was announced for PC first....
By far my second favorite news from E3, second only to Fallout 4.
So...maybe go to rehearsals so these exact things don't happen :/ Still great presentation though.
The entire time I was staring at his face, waiting for him to open his eyes and say a cheesy joke.
There was also gameplay. And it's about exactly what it looks like. Knights vs Vikings vs Samurai. Personally, looks pretty uninteresting.
My god. It looks cool, but I already thought normal controllers were too expensive. I'm not spending nearly half the price of a console on a controller.
He completed half? That's pretty impressive.
I wonder what the stories going to be like if Corvo and Emily are interchangeable, or maybe they aren't and each one has specific campaigns like the Daud DLC in Dishonored 1.
It looks great, now that they aren't keeping 60 FPS, functionally choosing improving graphics over gameplay.
The point of high framerate isn't just about how it looks, it reduces input lag and makes the game more responsive. It makes games more enjoyable on a fundamental level. Insomniac is functionally choosing improving graphics over improving gameplay.
Troy Baker and Kevin Conroy being in the video was pretty funny.
Nothing wrong with mine in Phoenix. :/
Can't wait to replay this on PS4.
Less cutscenes doesnt mean less story or any less of a focus on story, it just means that Kojima is finally figuring out how to tell a story in games through gameplay. From the looks of it, the story will be told in a similar manner to the Bioshock games and less like a game with a short movies in the middle which couldn't make me happier.
Don't forget that they removed the long cutscenes, too. :)
It's really sad but this is how most devs think. improving graphics just sells better than improving gameplay.
This is the era of graphics over gameplay on console.
I remember back when console devs prefered gameplay over graphics. Considering 90% of current-gen games are 30 FPS, those days are evidently long past. That's why I pick PC every time.
You mean it'll be good? We already knew that.
