If it was dishonesty, then I might agree, but its not. They had no idea how the final product was going to look. What was shown was just what they were shooting for. Judging by the way no single GPU on PC can run it at a solid 60 FPS, and consoles can't even maintain 30, they were absolutely right to downgrade, otherwise it would've been a disaster.
My visions getting kind of blurry this late at night. It almost looks like you're saying a CoD is a game of the year contender, lol.
Eh, I doubt it. Not since Halo 3s multiplayer has the franchise done anything to really stand out as a top game of the year. Reach and 4 were cool, sure, but certainly nothing that blew anyone away and I think 5 will follow a similar trend.
Make hats for Team Fortress.
Well, yeah. Witcher 3 is one of the best, if not the best RPG of all time.
Unless I want to go back to an exclusive like rdr or uncharted, then yeah pretty much. I've got everything else on Steam and PS4.
Hey, I just watched the game grumps symphony of the night play through where they promoted this.
No, Roach is not supposed to go directly to the objective if you hold the sprint button. He will stay on the current path and, at a fork, will make the easiest turn. If you know that a fork is coming up, simply move him to the side of the road closest to the way you want to go and he'll take that turn.
I really, really hope this won't be locked at 30 FPS like all the others. There's absolutely no reason not to go for 60.
At the moment, I'm glad to hear they're so focused on one platform to start with.
I really wish there was more Gwent in the game, or even better, multiplayer. I just beat Tybalt and now I can't find anyone else in the game to provide a challenge.
I don't really get why people keep thinking he's someone we know. Rocksteady has been pretty specific about saying hes a completely original character.
Yeah, well I never buy retail, since I'm on PC, where this problem frankly doesn't exist.
They better offer this to people who don't pre-order from gamestop at some point.
Figures. There's lots of bad devs out to take money for bad games and lots of bad gamers who dont want to give their money even to good games. I don't know if this policy should stay. At least some revising could help.
Agreed. AW was the only one worth buying since MW1.
Amen, brother.
I generally avoid pre-puchasing unless its something I know is going to be good. For instance, because it was on sale, I pre-ordered Fallout 4 the day it was announced.
It's cool and all, but I wish it didn't respawn infinitely.
30 FPS is acceptable, sure. Doesn't mean we have to settle for it. I don't know when people started thinking that graphics are more important than gameplay, but I certainly don't and that's a big reason why I game on PC, where I'm not resigned to devs making these kinds of bad decisions and I can always get high framerate.
